I wanted a sausage biscuits this morning but I didn’t get out of the dentist on time anyway it was 10:48 when I call them to see if I could still get a sausage biscuit if I got there before 11:00. She said yeah come on I’ve got a couple left and I showed up got my two sausage biscuits and a drink. Lady I spoke with with super nice said well I will be waiting for you. I showed up and they didn’t even charge me for them. Super awesome!

Overpriced. Service is cold and impersonal. Food is prepared with no concern for quality or care. I can get a better meal for the same price at many sit-down restaurants. The only reason I go to McDonald’s is for an on-the-road breakfast. I used to go to McDonald’s three or four times a week. Now I end up there maybe once a month or so, and then it’s reluctantly.

Kid play area smelled horrible. Ketchup was all over the trash cans, floor, and table. AND dried (which means it’s been there awhile!) My boys loved the light up table though. And were very excited to see to electronic pogo stick until they tried it and found out IT DID NOT WORK 🙁
My youngest son was not given his apple juice box with his happy meal and we had to go back and ask for it- only to be given a dirty look and no apology! Shame on you McDonalds for raising your prices and lowering your standards!

Shit service!! An i know corporate or whatever will comment please reach out to us no read this review. We ordered at 1:10 pm and watched 20 – 25 cars go threw the drive threw an get there food plus people who had ordered after we had. After 40 min we went to get a refund an that took another 10 mins the manager got upset with us when we asked why all the cars made it threw drive threw but we were still waiting.

The McDonald’s at 140 W Shawnee in Muskogee is not a great place to eat. I placed a mobile order to dine in and even selected a table number, but they gave me my order as a carryout instead. I wanted to eat in the restaurant, yet there were no paper napkins in the bag, nor was there any place to get them myself. I had to go to the counter and request napkins.
Nowadays, some McDonald’s locations have become so cheap that they don’t even include paper napkins in drive-through or carry-out orders. Overall, a disappointing experience — I would not recommend stopping by this location.

Tons of fries already cooked under the inadequate heat lamps meant cold fries for a lot of customers. I had to take mine back to the counter and holler for someone in the back who wasn’t doing anything anyway to please get me some hot fries. They did and i was happy. Their cold fries taste nasty since they went to soy oil.
