For years I have tried to understand what is going on at this place. I’m not sure what the problem is, but these workers could care less about service or food. EVERY time I go there it is something different. They do not care at all. When it’s the ONLY fast food place in town you would think they would want to make people happy with their order. Especially when they charge the prices they do. It is absolutely ridiculous. If your smart, you will NEVER eat here. I’m done and will never eat there again.

I got home with our food and my husband noticed there was only one burger patty on his Big Mac. I thought, there is no way. Then I checked my daughters and hers also only had one on it! I shouldn’t have to check every single thing every time I go to this McDonald’s.

I’m guessing it the manager wearing a green shirt no name tag. Short lady. She has been walking around on a power trip yelling at staff in front of customers. I can hear her treating staff like crap in the back. Some staff look defeated. I come here every week always have a great experience but this lady is something else. Telling the employees to be big boys. Very degrading! She does not belong here I’m surprised people are not walking out just working with her.

This is the second time I’ve been here and terrible both times. Foods good but like a lot of the reviews the service stinks. Guessing they don’t treat employees well because last time there was only one person working because no one else showed up. At 5:30 am I had a long wait. I felt bad so I thought I’d try again. The kiosk thing does work right and only one anyway cause seems they refuse to fix the other. I travel for a living and don’t stop to eat much, I bring a cooler. But I think I’ll pass this one from now on and trying another. There’s more things to put here but I think this good enough. Sorry

I used the app it was ready fast. The only issue was we ordered two sausage biscuits and hash browns. One of the sausage biscuits was on a hamburger bun not a biscuit. We didn’t notice right away because we were traveling and didn’t eat there.

I guess the Monopoly “madness” Games have started again this year… And I don’t envy anyone working the registers when fry boxes and McGriddle wrappers don’t have game pieces on them.
I witnessed some amazing customer service, delicious food, and totally forgot about the Monopoly Games, because mostly, I no longer had Hunger Pains . .. But I think “Karen” in front of me, was there to volunteer as tribute to right these Wrapper wrong doings. “The Game has been going on for 24 hours! I bought these items for the game pieces on the wrappers and they’re not here,” Karen explained to the confused Employee as the General manager over heard and walked up. App rules or whatever, the food was hot and amazing… Way to keep calm under pressure of the Monopoly Games, McDonalds Crew! Don’t let the Karen’s get you down!
The young person working the register deserves a raise for being so polite.
