At 3:09 AM on Nov 26 2025 I came through the drive through and was told they do not have any drinks or mcflurries. I asked for a refund and they said they dont do refunds. I said that’s not how that works so they asked for my card for the refund. I told them that my chip doesnt work on my cars and they’ll need to attempt a few times to get the prompt to swipe the card. After a few minutes the lady at the 2nd windows came back and told me the chip doesnt work. I told her that I know and I told her that. She said she cant give me a refund without the chip and so then I explained it again. After that another lady came up and asked me to back ip to the first window and then I tried my card 3 times with the chip and swiped and got my refund. The young lady at the 2nd window was rude and was either lying or not very knowledgeable. Either way she was rude the entire time. Frustrating experience and I didn’t get what I ordered. You guys should keep the app up to date on what is available and you should also train your second window employees to be kinder and more knowledgeable about their job and role.

I’ve had a consistently great experience at this McDonald’s lately. The management running the place is doing an excellent job, and every time I visit, the crew is friendly and efficient. The food is always delicious, and the drinks are perfect. Highly recommend!

Just garbage. Asked for a McDouble with ONLY bigmac sauce. The person repeated it back to me perfect. I get home and I open a mess of a “burger” with everything on it. Fast food workers want “higher wages” but can not follow SIMPLE instructions. These “workers” don’t even deserve minimum wage. Get better, or quit your job. Y’all suck.

This McDonald’s is horrible. Went last night to use my McDonald’s App. My code was for a free large fries. The person at the drive through said my code didn’t work, even though on my phone it showed that it went through. I even showed him and he blamed it on their computer connection. Obviously there was a connection if on my phone it showed it went through. The free fries is not the point, it’s rude liars. Go to 41st and Harvard location. They have the best most pleasant workers. This one is Trash!

After a long day at the hospital I go to the drive through, busy which is normal. I ask for no cheese extra onions on my McDouble. I get it, get back to the hospital to see my momma and I have no onions. The onions are my favorite part! I love my onions! Great food though just wish I got my onions like I asked for.

10-30-2025…The girl working the drive through window has a remedial, uneducated and unprofessional attitude. She needs to be taught not to talk down to people when she makes a mistake. Management please address this behavior because it puts you in a bad light. Her customer service needs to shape up and she needs to fly right. Truly ugly attitude.
