All their concentration is on the drive thru and thats it. You walk in and theres no one up front. The kiosk wouldn’t do electronic payments, its also out of paper so you can’t take the receipt to go pay up front. Had to wait for someone to be available to then pay, they looked it up thankfully. The kids area is absolutely disgusting. And mostly every table in the place. The trash is over flowing. I was there a while and it was never changed. There’s food all over the floor. Theres spills and an entire tray of food up on the play area and the kids are saying how gross it is in there. Always disappointed when I come here.

I’m not one to usually make a fuss but this visit was nothing short of extremely frustrating. First I ordered a mobile order and had to wait 20~ minutes for my order. They didn’t even get my mcflurries at first and I felt ignored trying to wait for them so I asked for them at the front counter. The lady was very nice about getting them immediately but upon looking inside my regular was half filled… my daughters was a mini and filled all the way. I saw another order with ice cream get handed to a customer and the cone was towering. I feel a bit cheated on my order and time today to be honest. I’m extremely disappointed in this visit. I expected better from this location as it’s my go to.

The food came out at a reasonable time and was good. Nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was good, it was all decorated for the holidays. The employees seemed rushed because they had a lot of orders but they still answered everyone with kindness.

I went to McDonald’s and ordered a meal with a McFlurry. After eating, my stomach started hurting. When I got to the McFlurry, I was absolutely disgusted to find a fingernail inside — and realized I had already swallowed part of it. This is beyond unacceptable. It made me feel sick, and I can’t believe something like this could happen. McDonald’s needs to take this seriously because no customer should ever have to go through this. I will be contacting corporate immediately about this incident.

First of all, Drive thru parking is an oxymoron. Parking is the opposite of drive thru. Nobody in line behind you. Park over there. Politely decline, and get berated for holding up a non existent line and somehow preventing the workers from preparing your food in a timely manner. As if it’s faster to walk fries across the lot than to pass them through a window. So that the managers can pad their performance numbers at the expense of your time?

Picked up lunch in the drive through to get handed this. Went inside to fill it up correctly and of course the fountain machine is behind the counter. I asked for it to be filled up more only to be told, “sorry, it’s automatic.” I asked is there anything you can do and was told the same thing. Crazy how prices and shrink-flation are, and now it’s happening even more, yet again…ridiculous!!

Dear red headed manager that works at the McElroy mcdonalds around 3pm…. im sorry to tell you this, but it is NOT illegal to smell like weed when ordering my food. I literally work IN the industry, so I will always smell like it. It is no longer illegal, and im sure im not the Only person who comes into the restaraunt smelling like weed. Until you guys have a physical sign claiming you will not serve those who smell like marijuana, I will continue to come and go as I please. You are McDonlads, NOT a 5 star restaraunt, not even a 1 star restaraunt. So please, stay in your lane or I will go to the police for discrimination.

My food was cold by the time I got it the customer service was horrible the manger on duty after MESSING UP MY ORDER not once but twice had the audacity to tell me “I don’t know what to tell you” would not recommend on top of all of that I found a hair in my food where is the hygiene in this place it’s absolutely disgusting I walked to the front counter and stood there looking stupid as people walk by me no one wanted to address me standing there the lobby looked disgusting McDonald’s really needs to step it up definitely going to be contacting corporate I’ve worked in plenty of fast food places and never once had a attitude with a customer because I messed up their order your employees need to be properly trained on customers service didn’t even eat my food threw it away what a waste.

I ordered using the app first, then I went through the drive through to pick up. I then placed a curbside pick up and that did take longer than usual, for this location.
I ordered two Frappuccino’s, one right after the other so that I could use a deal and my reward, in the same visit. Since they only allow one deal/reward at the same time, you have to wait 15 minutes for a reward/deal to be available to use again.
And the two look very different, although they were ordered the same way.. Only difference was the employee who brought it out.
Theres a need to be more consistent in presentation/execution. This location is the better one of the 2 McDonalds’ in Stillwater and I expected the same as I ordered previously.

Manager Lucas is the only reason for 3 stars! All of our order was cold and wrong. Lucas was willing to listen to us and resolved the problem. This guy deserves a raise lol!
