I had breakfast here and overall it was good—the pancakes and hash browns were satisfying, though the bacon was a bit too crispy for my taste. The dining area was clean, but it felt a little distracting since staff were chatting loudly in the back and not present in the lobby.

My experience at this establishment was incredibly disappointing from the moment I placed my order to the frustrating process of returning the incorrect items. I ordered my usual double cheeseburger with Big Mac sauce and lettuce, but I noticed that it was rung up differently. When I asked the young man at the first window if he got my order right, he assured me he did, apologizing for being new and unsure of his responsibilities. Despite his politeness, my order was still incorrect when I checked it, with cold fries.
I then approached the manager at the second window, requesting fresh fries and a correctly made burger. His attitude was dismissive as he rolled his eyes, leaving me waiting for at least 10 minutes before returning with a burger and only two fries. Upon reaching home, I found my burger to be still incorrect and sloppily made. To add to the frustration, my daughter’s burger was overloaded with salt and pepper, rendering it inedible, and my nuggets were both cold and stale.
When I went back to request a refund, the manager reacted defensively, claiming my concerns were exaggerated due to their understaffing issues. The entire experience was marred by errors and poor customer service, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. The photos I took speak volumes about the quality of service I received.

He makes his job seem fun when most people look miserable. He looks out for customers and always has a smile on his face. THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE! This McDonald’s is now starting to mark that that they have their DoorDash orders ready by the allotted time so they are not late on the order. I’ve been getting alerts that the orders are ready to be picked up and then when I get to the store 5-10 minutes later they don’t even have the order bagged up and sometimes say they are still waiting on some items also. This is the same thing they do with their drive thru when they have you “pull forward” and wait. It’s shady and shows what kind of management they have and what kind of company they really are. The only thing that matters to them is they keep up appearances of getting the orders ready on time. It’s a joke !!

I Ordered Double cheese burger and $5 meal deal with another ended up getting a cheese burger with cheese and had to wait for 3 people who ordered after me that got their food. I know we are right next to Greek row and busy but your service is highly unsatisfactory.

Usually when I buy food during the afternoon everything is fine, but my mom went to grab breakfast an hour ago and I am just now seeing what should have been a Bacon McGriddle with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. Instead, I only got essentially the 2 pieces of syrup-infused bread and 2.5 pieces of bacon. Feeling very disappointed right now since I have had this in the past.

Every time I have to pick up an order from this particular McDonald’s, I am made to wait at least 20 minutes in the cold and they will completely ignore me. I’m not the only one that they do this too. But if we say anything, then they put the whole order in the freezer and make us go through the drive-through so that whenever we pick it up, the order is cold. As per a customer about a month ago, but I’m standing out here now and they’ve got one girl off the clock and she saw me, but she didn’t bother telling anyone that I was here and both the manager and the assistant manager walked right by and ignored me

Food was ok but they to train their employees the difference between ranch chicken wrap meal and the double cheeseburger meal. We ordered the 6a chicken wrap meal in the drive thru and got home with the double cheeseburger meal.
