Honestly for a McDonald’s there customer service is great! I’ve ran into subway, and Carl’s Jr customer service being awful so it’s honestly great to go to a place where these people have a smile on there face ready to help no matter how busy they are!

I was in a pinch to run a zoom call, and a dead battery in my laptop. I walked in, and the manager was very accommodating and helped me find a spot with an outlet. I ordered a couple Mc Chickens, and they were up to my expectations, but the service and attitudes really stood out.

Sat in drive through for 30 minutes. Finally got food. Order was wrong. Went inside to have it fixed only to watch the cooks grab an egg with their bare hands from another person’s order and placed it on mine after scraping off cheese and biscuit from the other sandwich with their bare hands. I couldn’t believe what I just saw. Completely disgusted!!!!

I’ve been sick and haven’t eaten a lot the last couple days and now have my appetite back. I sent my son to the Skiatook McDonald’s and they brought me back what taste like 2 day old fries , no warmth to them at all and my fish sandwich was cold and dried out. Can we not do better.

I don’t understand how you can constantly screw up orders. The problem comes when they make you pull to the side to wait on your drive through order..They totally go blank from the time you ask for condiments and the time they walk it out 5 minutes later. This place sucks.
