Usually I don’t give out bad reviews. This is definitely the time too. Most mcdonalds I go to are pretty spot on with food. Not this one. The buns were super burnt and the fries were really cold. I understand if they were busy but they weren’t.

I try not to give bad reviews very often but I feel like this McDonald’s will never get better. My biggest complaint is the awful smell. It smells like rotten food, and there is always sticky stuff all over the floor and flies swarming everywhere. I don’t actually eat here, I just pick up door dash orders and I refuse to eat here because it’s just so dirty and nasty. I can’t see how anyone actually eats here.

Customer service making food is just playing on phone and complaining about being out of products. Waited 15 min for food and another 5 min for frappe. Should never take this long. Manager needs to be notified and correction needs to be made. Food was preheated in front of me and my family. Wow…. how low has mcdonald’s standards gone down on customer services and food.

Went here yesterday, I will tell you that it was the worse experience I have ever had, it literally was. My fires wore cold, when I say cold it was cold cold, my burger was made horrible, a few shreds of lettuce, no sauce, the ice cream machine was down, as usual, to this day my family and I have no been able to try the new shake, probably won’t ever be able to. The lady who took our order has an attitude and was emotionless, like she was on her last breaths to care about working. My meal was 33 dollars, and out of it, I ate a few bites. Honestly after that experience I don’t think I will ever eat at McDonald’s again. I’m paying 33 dollars, when I can go to Hibachi down the road and spend the same amount of money and get them to cook infront of me. Bye McDonald’s, it was a nice what 36 years of my life.

Just terrible. Waited 10 mins for fries. Guy in the front looked very new and didn’t know how to ring things up, girl in the middle stood around doing nothing until food was ready to put in a bag, guy in the back making food doesn’t know what food gloves are for and he’s touching his hat and phone…what a joke.

I ordered McDonald’s thru Uber Eats….when my order arrived it was missing 4 hashbrowns…when I called the store they told me I needed to report the delivery driver!!!!….as an experienced door dash delivery driver, I know this was not the fault of the delivery person…McDonald’s packs those pick up orders so they are not tampered with so McDonald’s is at fault on this…not the delivery person.

What the heck is wrong with this store? Gnats flying around the ketchup which is spoiled! Out for customer cumsumption and its spoiled!!! Seating area is filthy. I am terrified what’s in my food.
