Great service! We went on a Wednesday and it was pretty dead at lunch. Store was empty but very clean! Food was hot and fresh, and came out fast. Will come back, don’t waste your time with other McDonalds in the area if you’re looking for a budget friendly meal.

I’m not sure where to begin. The label on my order indicated a spicy chicken sandwich, but I received an original McChicken sandwich instead, which was not what I ordered. Additionally, my fries were cold and very disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience.

Went here waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through for cold food and soda that had a nasty after taste. No shakes 1 hour before close.
Incorrect sauces and the service horrible. This was for dinner. Got home with $40 of food for the family and couldn’t eat it. Tried to call in but the number won’t go through. Yeah I keep trying them but it never gets any better. 76th is the best one to visit.

I only ordered TWO spicy mcchickens and I gave them TEN dollars. The total was 3.39. This employee with a literally droopy face and black hair is giggling and took a minute to give me my change and I received 1.35 back. I only noticed when I had got home and noticed the amount of change I got back. Obviously you need to get rid of your employees and hire people who have experience in cash handling and customer service. The total even CONFIRMS it on the app.

If only zero stars was an option. I came here to place an order for myself and pick up an order for a coworker that wasn’t able to leave work. I gave them her name, the code that it said to give to the employees and they refused to give me her order and said I physically needed to have her phone with me which if that’s the case, fine but I don’t know how many times I have sent my husband or someone else to McDonald’s to get my food with a code, and there was never an issue. If that’s a rule, it needs to be universal across all McDonald’s. Not only was this a huge problem for no reason, everyone I spoke to and my coworker (she had to go up there because their phone wasn’t working and she couldn’t receive a refund without actually going up there) spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful. From the looks of other reviews, seems like upper management needs to do some serious reflecting when it comes to their team and the people they hire.

I wish negative stars was an option. The manager, Claudia, is the rudest person I have EVER had to deal with. There was a mix-up of orders and I received another person’s order (one that I paid for because they did not confirm anything at the window, just took my payment and charged me a donation fee I did not authorize). When I got to the window and the wrong order was given to me, I let them know that I think they gave me the wrong order, which the manager proceeds to start screaming at me telling me “If I would stop being on the phone and pay attention maybe my order would be correct” which I wasn’t even on the phone. She then proceeded to continue to be combative with me, told me I “wasn’t allowed to get refunded” even when I didn’t take the food. Finally, after being berated, I got my refund. Apparently, the behavior is EXTREMELY common for her, and the fact she is in a higher up position tells me all I need to know about this franchise owner and the company. They have no lack of care of customers, so I would not give your money here. At least you have multiple other locations to visit. Claudia needs to be fired or SERVERY downpromoted if she is going to threaten, harass, and abuse customers.

The mobile app order was erroneously canceled after waiting 6 minutes at curbside. I went inside and couldn’t get a human to acknowledge I was at the counter. So I went through the drive thru. I was helped there but the Mickey Ds jargon about why i didnt get my order before was more than I needed to know and the amount of time it took to get my order in total was over 20 minutes. Disappointing.

The workers will not bring the food to you when you dine in. When one of the sauce options was unavailable instead of telling us, the lady dropped the bag off at the counter and walked away. We had to walk back into the kitchen just to find out she didn’t have any. Then my quarter pounder was raw and very cold! When I walked back to show them I got yelled at because the manager could see me and they didn’t want to get in trouble.

Worst mcdonald’s in owasso. Customer service is awful. They are very slow to complete orders, compared to other locations. Stood inside at the register for almost 15 minutes while the employees laughed and played around in the kitchen (many of them looking at me) before finally helping me. This location is in desperate need of new staff or some kind of training.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I’ve eve been to in my life. For the last 4 orders I had they have left out multiple items, so i had to go inside to get all my food. Not only will they not give you all the food you paid for, they will also mess your order up 100% of the time. All the managers barely speak English and the employees don’t speak English either. Chicken sandwich is consistently undercooked and partially raw. Please save your money and eat anywhere else this place is a joke on their best day! I will never go back after today!
