My friend ordered on his phone and then we went to pick it up in the drive thru. It wasn’t ready yet so we were told to wait in a parking spot. We waited way longer than I’ve ever waited at a McDonald’s and then she delivers food to the car next to us first, that had arrived later, then us. The fries weren’t hot and the bic Mac didn’t have any special big Mac sauce on it. They definitely weren’t taking so long waiting on fresh fries. Definitely don’t want to visit McDonald’s in Glenpool, next time I’ll grab a donut from QT and not deal with waiting for bad food.

Mobile ordered fries and chicken nuggets, nothing saying the store is closed or not taking orders.
Go to get the order and the staff says they are closed for maintenance. They then say that my order will be refunded in a couple days.
Pretty terrible business practice to take money, but not be available for service. Especially when the have the ability to turn off mobile ordering.

went here this morning and waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes no one took my order so i pulled up and did it at the window and asked for a egg and cheese muffin only with a hashbrown.. confirmed it with the guy who takes the money and confirmed it twice the the lady at the second window then she asks me to park because they are waiting on sausage i tell her no i don’t even have sausage on my order so we go over my order twice i say just egg cheese and a muffin. I was given my food and was about to pull off then i noticed i didn’t have my hashbrown. I had to ask for it… then i drive all the way to work and to eat there is literally ham on my muffin i cannot eat meat… absolutely crazy.

This location has an inner and an outer drive thru lane. They utilize both lanes but only have the one same person taking orders and whatever system they have that coordinates who comes first and who’s turn comes next is not working. Has not worked for quite some time. Whether I have been in the inner or the outer lane – more often than not I get ignored and/or skipped and it happened again this morning.

We ordered online this morning for breakfast, usually they do pretty good on our food but this morning when my mom got her regular steak and egg cheese bagel, both halves of the bagel were incredibly burnt including the cheese and the egg.

Just tried to get cookies I got from the monopoly game and they kept telling me they were full price and wouldn’t honor the deal or explain what the problem was. Among not informing me of them being out of large fries at the speaker and not including a McChicken on my order that I clearly stated, they forgot the hot buffalo sauce leaving meal sad and tasteless leaving me both hungry and unsatisfied. The worst thing anyone can do is forget the sauce, the other transgressions can be forgiven but forgetting the sauce is unacceptable.

Went to pickup an online order, granted it was busy so i could understand employees accidentally forgetting to add items for an order. But it took them 25mins to bring my order out. I went home only find an entire meal was missing, went back to get the missing items only to have the assistant manager call my husband out saying she didn’t believe him that items were missing because she stated that she personally bagged the bag herself and then proceeded to tell the manager that he was being a dick! This had to have been the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Kudos to the manager for handling this well after an ASSISTANT MANAGER of all employees handled this so poorly.

11/12/19 – Stopped by at 1:15. The lady at the front with glasses and dark hair just stared at me for standing in front of the register. She was clearly annoyed I wouldn’t use the self service machine. She wouldn’t even talk she just stared at me. I asked her if she was ready and she shook here head. Once the order was completed, she just took my payment and walked off..wow…no wonder Chik-fila does so well. Not coming back
6/2019: This McDonalds is pretty good overall. This morning it wasn’t busy so why serve burned bacon, not sure. Clean restrooms and lobby. Price is creeping up. Paid $8.00 for a big breakfast. I would eat here again. Bacon bland and thin. Its low quality food but hot. Lol

50 in a bottle
Stopped for breakfast Sausage biscuits and egg McMuffins were not good at all. Bread was hard on both of them. Leftovers? Service not great. My dad stood at the counter for a long time to get creamer for his coffee and two employees never even turned around. I would not recommend this location
