I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! My order wasn’t right at first, but the sweet lady with short hair took care of it right away — and she made it so much better than expected.
Her customer service was truly amazing, and you can tell she really cares. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition!

This is the worst McDonald’s in the entire state. I watched four customers in a row come in from waiting in curbside or pulled Ford in the drive-through have waited 20 to 30 minutes. Fellow Delivery drivers, all claim that it’s a minimum of a 10 minute wait every order; I personally have waited here up to 45 minutes for an order. How is that even possible? What a fast food restaurant? It is absolutely astounding. Management really needs to step in.

Upon several visits to this location I have found each time there is a lack of leadership which leads to long wait times and overall chaos. Lack of attention to details results in poor customer service, not up to par restrooms and just a sad McDonald’s experience.
From breakfast to lunch, this location has the longest wait times in Owasso compared to other locations. Food quality is more sloppy and drive thru is poor. Patrons do not know how to operate two lanes and the small roadway in the parking lot leads to not being able to form two complete lines. Overall, I would not recommend this location. Drive an extra mile or so and get better service. This location is however far above the McDonald’s in Walmart, IYKYK…

I get home with my double cheeseburger and open it up. So excited because I’m famished, I grab the burger only to realize that it doesn’t have a bottom bun. In what world, does a cheeseburger have a missing bottom bun? This is my question. Not only did my burger suffer from this, but the symmetry of the sandwich also created an unenjoyable experience. My wife and I came here for lunch, having ordered ahead online. The drive thru was fine, but when we got to the window, we were told it would be about a 4 minute wait for our last sandwich, sns to pull forward. We did, didnt mind it at all, until 4 minutes turned into a 14 minute wait. Meanwhile, people are getting their food not only from the drive thru, but also the parking spots. I went inside to ask about the wait, and was completely ignored by staff.
When we finally got our food, it was cold, and my wife was missing pickles on her sandwiches, when she specifically asked for them. I will not be coming back to this location

They messed up my order so I had to drive back thru the drive-thru lane to get the rest of my food.
The fries left a weird texture in my mouth and the nuggets were tough to bite thru.
The mango smoothie was great though.

Arrived at 4:55 AM and sat at the drive thru waiting for them to open. At 5:00 AM, the menu came on and I was informed they wouldn’t be opening until 5:15. A couple minutes later they tell me I can’t wait at the menu board. I pull into a parking space near the menu. A car pulls into the drive thru a few minutes later and is told to pull up to the second window. I pull back up to the drive thru and am able to order at 5:08. A silly and slightly frustrating experience. The management needs to do better.

8:03AM on a Sunday morning – every single table was dirty. I asked the Manager if they already had a rush and he said no, not at all. I let him know every table in the lobby was dirty. He sent a young dark haired girl out w/an attitude to clean them. lol! She cleaned the tables, wiped the crumbs onto the floor or a chair/booth and didn’t clean the chairs/booths. This store needs more staff it seems.

Came to let the kids play on a road trip.
Didn’t even want to eat after using the restrooms first.
Came in the morning and the bathrooms were filthy, dirty, greasy floors. Mens room didn’t even have toilet paper. Kids area was also just as nasty. The entire floor through out the store looked as though it gets mopped with dirty mop water, could feel my feet sticking everywhere.
All that was enough to take a guess at how filthy the kitchen was.

Went twice recently. For the amount of time that I waited the first time, you’d think that the fries would be hot. But no, they were close to being stale and I could tell they’d been sitting out for a while. Maybe a one off? Went back a second time and waited 20 minutes for my food. The fries were hot this time and I suspect that has something to do with the amount of people waiting. However, I ordered and PAID for a double cheeseburger. Didn’t have time to check before getting to my next destination. When I did check, the burger had a single patty, was cold, and there was a hair in it
Needless to say, I am not happy about either experience and will not be going back. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I am not ok with spending money on things that are supposed to make my life easier – when I don’t have the time or ability to do things for myself – and then not getting what I paid for.
