Went there this morning and got three sausage biscuits. Just the biscuits, nothing else. The lady said it was going to be $17.34. I said that wasn’t correct for sandwiches that cost 1.89 each. Times 3 and that is less than $7.00 with tax. I told her I wanted the receipt and said she was sorry for overcharging. You need to look at what you are getting costs and double check your receipt to make sure they are not over charging you. This happened before on just fries and a drink I bought. I won’t go back.

I’ve never had a problem with this location. I don’t get over there very often but when I do, the staff is friendly, the food is hot, and the place is always clean. On rare occasions the order has been served a little off, but usually, only in a rush time or when training new staff. Nothing major so we don’t fuss. Keep up the great work.

Ordered coffee inside and then was told that the coffee machine was cleaning and it would be 8 minutes and then was told they cannot make hot coffees. Would we like an iced coffee, nope. It’s 26° outside. They refunded our money but a sign would have been nice telling us that their machine was down before we ordered.

Service at this location, in comparison to other McDonald’s I’ve been to in the US is well above par. Every time I’ve been there, the order has been correct the first time, delivered promptly, and tasted freshly cooked, rather than sitting under a heating lamp.
