This McD’s has the nicest employees. Almost everytime I order food here it’s through the app but going through the drive through is always a good experience because they are very friendly. I know they are very underpaid but still they always have the greatest smiles on their faces. Only problem I have ever had was receiving somewhat nasty and old tasting fries but other than that I appreciate the good service they provide. God bless them all!

The employees gave us completely old fries that should have never been served, they handed us an ice cream cone that was completely melted and then after it spilled on us she asked if I wanted a cup for the already melted ice cream and to top it off the manager was rude and acted like she didn’t know how to be a manager. If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would because that crew was an absolute joke today. The only nice one was the guy that took the money.

We ordered on the app. The purchase was verified and we were given a pickup number. On arriving at the store we were told we didn’t place the order, so we went into the store to straighten out. Showed the “manager” the info on the phone showing we had placed the order. He didn’t care, said there was nothing he could do about it and if we wanted something we’d have to buy it again. Never offered anything for our trouble,didn’t try to fix it or even apologize. So now we have paid for our lunch twice. Very unprofessional behavior by the manager. This is restaurant number 32476.

New resident to Coweta and noticed how busy this McDonald’s always is, including dine in customers. You figured fast food McDonalds is the same anywhere. I was wrong about this location. Amazingly friendly staff and the food is fresh and surprisingly good. Especially when compared to other local McDonalds.

Came tonight on Halloween. They were slammed but the whole staff We’re moving so fast. You could tell that they were trying to get everyone’s orders out as fast as they could. The manager on duty also did an amazing job! Thank you!

Nastiest thrown together burger ive ever eaten!!! Went thru drive thru, of course had to pull around to wait on order…never came, never came..so I get out if my car, go inside to ck on order….there it sits waiting i guess to be delivered…guess what they didnt bring it out….it was just sitting there….cold, nasty, bunch of pepper on it..of course, we had already drove off!!! And does anybody in there speak ENGLISH??..

Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Every time we order something or go here, I order a Diet Coke because I cannot have regular soda anymore. It gives me heart palpitations. Every time I do, they give me regular Coke and don’t seem to care that they get it wrong. My receipts even say Diet Coke! They have also forgotten sauces or made our orders COMPLETELY wrong. This place has gone downhill since the old workers left.
