This location is the only one that is consistent with being terrible EVERY VISIT. My order is always wrong or half made (see attached image). every time i’ve gotten hot drinks at this location they’ve been awful. today i ordered hot chocolate and got hot milk. it was white, absolutely no chocolate. same thing for a chocolate milkshake i’ve gotten before. no chocolate and tasted like chemicals. so bad i had to throw it out.

Never had any problems with this McDonald’s always good fast service but today I ordered 2 mc doubles a quarter pounder a basket of fries and a kids meal was told to go wait at 1 worker came out with food and with wrong order came out again and asked what our order was, still wasn’t our order third time he asked what our order was again and we told him he left and a couple of minutes came back and brought out our incomplete order. Still needed the kids meal at that point we had been waiting for 28 minutes and decided on getting a refund.

This location consistently cancels online and mobile orders. I live a very short distance from this location, and it is literally ridiculous how often they cancel. I’ve been sitting in the mobile order spots outside and had my order cancelled. They take my payment and then cancel the order and I have to wait the full 5-7 business days for a refund when all they do is hit cancel on their end. Their food is often cold and tasteless, even more so than your basic Mcd’s food. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

I just went through the drive thru. Whoever was taking orders and handing the food out at the window was the rudest girl I think I have ever came in contact with. The food they gave me was disgusting. The burger bun they gave me was rock hard and bottom bun was definitely the end piece or something I don’t know what was wrong with it. They also didn’t give me a receipt and I payed with cash.

Do better. You forgot two cheeseburgers tonight and didn’t give me any of our sauces (4 hot mustards, I paid to get 3 extra). I tried calling after I got home, it rings and then hangs up. There’s clearly a management problem at this location.

My husband just came home a bit ago from the McDonald’s Drive-Thru. He spent about 5 mins arguing with them because apparently “if you go through the drive-thru and ask for no ice, this is how much drink you get.” The cup is barely over halfway full. This McDonald’s EVERY time we go here gives TRASHY and HORRIBLE customer service. AND THEY DIDN’T GIVE A RECEIPT SO I DON’T EVEN HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM THERE!
