This location was so busy it took 15 min to get our food. No big deal and it didn’t bother me. What bothered me was when we asked to have the tables wiped down the girl seemed bothered and asked another girl to do it. This young lady didn’t just dine. All the tables that were not being used were dirty. Then it comes to my McCrispy sandwich. I took a bit about mid way and bit into something odd. I believe it was a tendon but it wasn’t a normal piece it was about as big as my finger. The staff were too busy to address it as they were much busier inside and in the drive through so we just left. Lost my appetite for sure and my want for McDonalds for awhile.

On 4-22-2024, I ordered 2 McChicken Sandwiches, fries, and a Large Ice Water through the drive-through. The line was slow, and I left out and got back on the highway. First, they charged me for my water, which was insane. My sandwiches were in McChicken wrappers. I took a bite out of the first sandwich, and it was cold and slimy. I thought maybe they had given me a cold fish sandwich. I opened the second one. Same thing. Cold and slimy. I thought I hadn’t eaten all day, so maybe I could stomach fish even though I don’t care for fish. Upon biting into it, it was pink and cold. Completely raw chicken. I attempted to call the franchise number and never received a call back. I took photos of the Sandwiches to show how completely raw they were. Could have made me very sick. Shame on you, McDonald’s.

Wow not real busy waited for more than 20 min 6 orders in when order was placed. Not sure if the Big Mac chicken is supposed to have hard to chew chicken patties. I would have went back if I was not traveling across the country.

The bathrooms and floors outside the bathrooms had a very questionable brown smear. Leading out of the bathroom, foot prints spaced brown spots. And the bathrooms smelled awful. We passed on using the bathrooms here and went to taco bell to use there’s. The food was food, from McDonald’s. It was hot and made fresh tho.

UPDATE: I received an envelope today in the mail hoping it was my refund. Unfortunately, it was not a refund, but a $5.00 gift card for MCD. This does not cover the overcharge and bad food let alone I was told it would be a refund and I get a gift card. It’s not really about the money, it’s about the principle and follow up.
Charged me for items I did not order or receive, but it was on my receipt. Wish I could have caught it before I left. My quarter pounder was burnt and my fries were cold. It has been years since I’ve been to MCD and this is one of the reasons why. I did contact management and they are doing a refund.

I’m leaving a 2 star review because this McDonald’s does NOT have a changing table in the bathrooms. I think it’s extremely unacceptable when family type establishments do not have changing tables!

You would think with higher up staff assessing operations you would be trying to do better. I didn’t even say anything because unfortunately I think my exoectations fir McDonald’s in general have dropped so low. Ordering kiosks are not great. The app is terrible. When i did complete my order the machine didn’t print out a receipt. It took a long time, so i would expect it would be because they were waiting for fresh fries. Unfortunately it just took a long time. The fries were old. The nuggets and double cheeseburger were fine. They didn’t bring our drink cups either. This was just a pit stop on a trip, so whatever. I just feel bad for people who live in this community.
