My recent drive-thru visit at this McDonald’s was excellent from start to finish. My coffee was hot and fresh, and the Egg McMuffin was prepared just the way I’ve come to expect from this location—warm, well-assembled, and consistent in quality. The staff handling order #86 on January 3rd were efficient, accurate, and courteous, keeping the line moving without making the experience feel rushed.
This store has been reliably good for me, and this visit reinforced that. Everyone involved in my order clearly takes pride in doing their job well, and they genuinely deserve recognition for their work.

It’s always something, fries are stale, order any size fry and get half container. If I wanted less I’d order small. What a huge ripoff to pay for half. How can you mess up? I don’t go here by choice it’s just close Order half cut tea get all unsweetened ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

The floor was super wet because the employee who was mopping didn’t squeeze the water out of the mop enough. I was afraid I was going to slip and fall, so I told the manager about it. Instead of letting me know he would tell the employee to squeeze the water out more, he said, “That’s why we have the signs up.” He didn’t seem the least bit concerned that anyone would slip and fall. I’ll never go in this location again.

This place has about a 25% rate of getting my order done correctly. Definitely open all your food before you leave. It’s the most convenient one for me to go there which is why I have gone back. Latest incident was giving my son a box of sliced pickles instead of chicken mcnuggets. Also, they tell me to come back to get it replaced but when I do which isn’t every time, they question me hard core as if I’m trying to screw them over. How about training your employees better so we don’t have to cross that path.

Once again our little girl, who can be picky, wanted food on our last night in Maui. So we stopped to grab her nuggets. Good, fast service, with another fried apple pie for the adults! The service was good at this McDonalds, and when we just needed a quick bite to eat before we headed to the airport, this fit this bill.

I try to keep my expectations low, because it’s McDonald’s. I was the only one in the restaurant at 3:30 PM and it still took nearly 15 minutes to get a quarter pounder. Not really what I’d call “fast food”…All of the trash cans were overflowing, and I did not see a single employee doing anything productive.
