Decided to dine in. Waited almost 15 minutes for our 3 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns. There was only one other person inside and they already had their food. When the food finally came the steak, egg, and cheese mcmuffin didn’t have any onions on it. Most tables in the dining area were dirty.

The food wasn’t made right, a lot of customers in line complaining about food being wrong. While sitting down eating all you can hear is someone yelling and it’s a kid playing on his computer being very loud and disruptive, a few people had to ask him to be quiet. The employees know he is being loud and disruptive and they don’t say anything to him. My opinion this McDonalds has went down hill with employees and food service as well.

My wife drove to pick up supper at the drive through. Even though the line wasn’t very long, she waited 49 minutes for our food to be ready. Exactly 49 minutes. The employees inside said that only 2 people were working that night. There is no situation where this is acceptable. This McDonalds has delivered the worst experience we have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Do better McDonalds management.

We ordered our food and they were so rude. Not to mention we ordered 1 large dr pepper and a medium dr pepper and we received both mediums. We then asked the worker to change it very nicely to add and he closed the window like he was going to then he just handed us the same drink back. Also the fries were kinda cold. I get stuff happens but after asking it is not okay. This is ridiculous.

Yesterday afternoon I waited 10 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich. There was nobody waiting on the lobby and maybe 2 cars in the driveway. There were a whole lot of employees meandering around, eating Halloween candy, talking to their friends, NOT getting orders out. Then I texted the complaint number on the door & haven’t heard back. Obviously the owners couldn’t care less either.

Was there September 27th 2025, so tonight around 930 pm placed an online order not only did it take forever to get the food, they stuffed it all into 1 bag fries everywhere and spilling all over, get home with my food and not only did they forget requested condiments (it happens I get it) but the burgers, which were no special requests, weren’t made right like no sauce on them at all!! I come here a lot and this is probably by far the worst experience and when I tried calling the restaurant 3 times they just let the phone ring it’s safe to say I will be making a trip to speak to the store manager about this experience

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. Instead of receiving the regular soda cup, I was handed a McCafe cup for my soda. This seemingly small mistake meant I missed out on the Monopoly stickers that are usually on the soda cups. During this time at least due to McDonald’s monopoly. It feels like a deliberate move to keep the stickers for themselves, which is just unfair and dishonest. McDonald’s should be transparent and ensure customers get what they pay for, especially during promotions. This kind of sneaky behavior damages trust and makes me question their integrity. I will think twice before returning.

Waited 30 minutes in my car for curb side ! gave up and went in waited another 15 minutes for mcchickens was given food and went home. Realized they didn’t give us the mcchickens drove back and stood in the lobby with others and door dashers and WE ALL WERE BEING IGNORED!!!! (Was told by the dasher they will ignore you and walk around you!! Only lady told me they waited a HOUR FOR A DOOR DASH ORDER!!!) I waited 15 more min to get someone’s attention then when I do get someone’s attention it’s a worker who clocked out and was working OFF THE CLOCK!!!!!! Bad service bad food (we found hair in the food) I hate that this is the closest one to us!!!!!!
