Come in and order food, wait for over 15 minutes to get said food and the food is cold. Your employees are slow as hell and sure dont know to get orders out all they want to do is plah around talk and do everything but what they are paid to do. EVERYTIME WE COME INTO THIS LOCATION OR THE ONE IN FRONT OF THE MALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE TOO BUSY PLAYING AROUND AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER. Took 20 mins today. Had a worker tell me they were having meetings. I must choose bad times to come because Everytime I get asked to wait in a parking spot and my kids end up throwing unholy fits because we are just waiting. Realized why I usually use the mobile app. Placing an order took forever (5 minutes?) and there was one person in front of me. The 5 min was AFTERA the person in front of me placed their order.

Rocio is very rude, to the customer and some employees. Shes nice to most of her kind and thats it. Shes also a manager and definitely shouldn’t be just because she’s been there long doesn’t get you a management position. She tried to humiliate me and I wasn’t going to put up with it. End of the day it’s a sandwich I paid for and expect it in my bag. Transaction are suppose to be simple.

TERRIBLE. Doublecheck your orders. Don’t trust this establishment. Ordered 4 double hamburgers & received all normal single hamburgers. Wrappers are on backwards too. How can staff get this wrong its the most simple order possible? Enid local for 30 years.

My wife is a door dasher or at least was but because I went in to help a customer get there food like they ordered one of the managers decided to get our account suspended I think this is unethical and this manager should face some kind of accountability for holding both McDonalds and our customer wait on there food for more than a half hour when I walked in there the food was not sitting on the counter and then when I said something they put us on a block and gave us the customers food after allowing 3 other door dashers get there’s after we had been there 20 minutes this is the most disrespectful customer service I have ever seen and to allow my wife trying to make money in a town that has no care in it to try to support our kids

Consistently disappointing experience. Service is slow and the staff is unprofessional. Orders are frequently incorrect, with essential items missing (condiments/napkins). The food quality is poor, suggesting it has been held for too long. Significant operational improvements are needed
