i have to give this place five stars for the simple fact that Mr. Perry is the absolute most kindest gentleman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has a bright beautiful smile and he is incredibly friendly. Perry is a shining example of hospitality. He went above and beyond to make sure we were served promptly and correctly and he was even checking on the customers that were seated and enjoying their meal. I cannot thank him enough! My food here is always hot and fresh as well which is a bonus of course.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I felt like I needed to share my experience so maybe the staff can take it into consideration to do a little better. My husband and I went through the drive-thru, and while the service itself was fine, the food was really disappointing.
Both orders of fries were cold and soggy, and my sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while. & I mean to the point where you could tell it definitely was not fresh. It also wasn’t a busy time, so I’m not sure why the quality was so poor.
I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because I know McDonald’s can do better than this.

Employees didn’t acknowledge my presence and a cook was picking at his nose in the kitchen while preparing food. I called and spoken with the “manager” and I’m not confident that anything will be said or done. This occurred around 3:20 pm 1/10/2026.

At around 8:45 I don’t know the girls name who was on the intercom thru the drive thru but she was very rude and had the most hateful attitude towards us.. if she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit or get fired.

No clean tables and we were the only customers in the store. I couldn’t even use the bathroom it was disgusting. Someone peed all over everything and it had been there for a while. Somebody put down a wet floor sign and left it.

The food…it was exactly what McDonald’s is. No matter how busy they are, the employees seem determined to knock it out. Aurora and Hope, what cheerful girls! Oh, and Aniyah can rock out an ice cream cone!

There’s a guy with red and blue mixed hair that was just rude and very monotone. Didn’t have that exciting welcoming. He immediately said when I pulled up “What do you what” with the rudest tone I’ve ever experienced at any fast food place.

Ordered on the app but curbside wasn’t available. So had to go through the drive-thru. Sat in the drive-thru line for 30 mins not even moving. Once we finally got to the speaker to order it moved ever so slightly faster. Finally 40 mins later we get to the window to get our food and the high school kid at the window tells me they’re waiting on nuggets and shuts the window in my face. Finally get everything, double check that everything is in the bag before driving off and leave. Get home and the two burgers I ordered with just no onions have nothing but meat and buns. No sauce for the nuggets, and no toy in the happy meal.

Mr. Perry has always made sure we were doing okay and provided exceptional customer service everytime we saw him. So has the workers in the back.
