Went to go grab some lunch. Only had 30 minutes. Placed my order. So that I can make it back to work in a timely manner. My order was not even remotely correct. I don’t know what it was supposed to be. Then, to top it off, I tried to call the office to get the situation rectified. No one answered the phone. Money wasted and a miss meal. Because that was not my order. Highly dissatisfied and I do not recommend this place.

If I could give zero star here I will. Have you been threatened by McDonald staff? If you haven’t, this is the one you need to visit. Disgusting fly in the drink, half filled fries. I only requested to get refund and food replaced. And they threatened me if I made any complaint or dispute through my credit card company, they are not replacing my food. Oh, not only this, this woman took the food away from my hand and threw into trash immediately. Who is this woman? I don’t know her name. But she’s black and 41 years old. If you see her handle your food you better be careful.

This McDonald’s location is a pretty good one. It’s pretty clean and the service is pretty efficient. I didn’t have to wait long for my food.

Sat for almost a full hour and after three attempts from the curbside employee at completing my order they completely failed. I left still missing items because i didnt want to wait even longer for them to make anything else. I guess I need a store number off the receipt to complain directly to mcdonalds but they kept that while trying to fulfill my order. What a waste. If you cant run a business, close it.

Hope you dont like hot fresh food or your order right. Check your food before you drive off because the employees act like you are stealing when you want your food right.
Update 12/28/25
Thus time it was two complete meals missing and it was brought to my car by the Manager this time. I was told my the first drive thru employee that an order this size had to be approved by the manager. 20 minutes home. 20 minutes back to McDonald’s. And 20 minutes home again.

After putting my order in their system and waited 25 minutes and 6 cars served thru the drive thru I asked where my order was, by then there were probably 8 to 20 other people in the lobby also waiting, was told they are working on it, asked to speak with the manager who promptly told me thatvhe was working both side of the table which clearly he wasn’t, when I told him that I had been waiting for 20 minutes he looked at me and said ” You should have cooked at home” exact words then proceeded to get my order and tossed it on the counter and when I looked in the bag it wasn’t my full order, I said you forgot my cheeseburger which he quickly grabbed my bag and threw a cheeseburger in and tossed in back on the table. The cheeseburger and the fries were cold, That’s the second and Last Time I will ever go to there again, and I will be calling their Headquarters on this.

Its been 25 minutes with only 3 menu items in the order, and I still haven’t received my food. Wild.
Isn’t even peak hours, only two guests inside the restaurant.

I am writing to share an ongoing concern regarding the customer service I have received during my recent visits to your location. I have been through the drive-thru on three separate occasions, and each time I encountered the same employee whose attitude has been consistently unprofessional.
Most recently, I ordered two small fries and a frappe. When the total price did not sound correct, I politely asked for clarification. Instead of assisting me, the employee responded with an attitude and made an unnecessary comment implying that I was trying to avoid paying. This was disrespectful and completely uncalled for, especially as I was simply asking a reasonable question.
Additionally, the fries I received were cold, which further added to the negative experience.
Also I dont necessarily remember her name but I know she was the heaviest one in there

Ordered online a Dbl quarter combo meal and got told their fountain drinks were out. They offered an extra side and I agreed, but the side was missing and my drink as well. This location continues to disappoint, from long wait times, to missing items. Employees need to be re-trained
