Deplorable and proud of it
Well this McDonald’s wasn’t built for all generations, it was built for Gen Z, let me explain. First of all there is only kiosks to order from, yes there was a register up front but without anybody there to attend it, all the employees were in the kitchen and none at the front counter. There is no accessible soda fountain to be able to get YOUR OWN refills, there wasn’t a spot for napkins or ketchup anywhere in the dinning area so if you need a refill or you need extra napkins and ketchup you have to walk up to the we counter and holler for someone, and so basically there is absolutely no customer service at all, I also put in my order to dine in and my food was still given to me in a paper bag, and then a bunch of high-school kids pretty much stormed the place I understand it’s a public place and everyone has the same privilege to be there but there were disputes over who was at the kiosk first and lots of horseplay going on, I get it they’re kids but still should know how to conduct themselves in public. Fast food was a lot of fun when I was growing up….there was this thing called customer service and it’s becoming non existent. If this is the wave of the future then I don’t want any part of it.

The General manager was being verbally abusive to young staff, it made the atmosphere of Tish location seem gross and uneasy, not what McDonald’s represents. Also having cars move when no one is behind them is ridiculous.

Just kiosks, no frontline person unless you yell to the back area for assistance. My suggestion that would benefit customer service is to put a bell that could be heard in the back when a customer needs help. Foodwise, my egg McMuffin bread wasn’t even toasted and was broken in pieces. The eating area is clean and so are the bathrooms.

If you ask for something to be changed it messes up your entire item. I think my fries have been hot twice, tonight they were cold and stale. I know they just opened but it’s easy to read the ticket and make it like it states

I don’t have a single good thing to say about this location. We’re locals so we were excited to have another quick option in town but after adding up the missing food from the past year, McDonald’s owes us at least $100 in food! It’s almost as if they just do not look at the details of any order and throw random stuff in a bag. Things will be really bad for a while, they’ll bring in management to help fix the situation and within a week it’s terrible again. I wish they would straighten things out!

This is the slowest McDonald’s I ever been to and the fries are nothing like other McDonald’s. Had to order from the kiosk because there is NO staff at the counter. Then tell me why it took 20 minutes to get a Sprite and Fries? Manager was in the back barking orders to the employees, but could of helped to speed up the process as the drive thru was around the building. Will not ever stop here again.

Well, this McDonald’s has been here a few months now, and ive had to wait more then 45mins for some food bout twice. And this morning at 6 am they said you could not order till 630 cuz if an update for the Monopoly. Ugh, they are still ok, but yah.

Wow! I stopped in on Sunday on my way to visit a friend at their local hospital. Mistake! Only kiosks. No employees at front. No customers in lobby, yet had choice of only one of two 2 seat tables because the rest were dirty. Maybe since I have to do everything else myself, they could have let me cook my own food so that it might have been at least warm. This is unfortunately the most poorly ran McDonald’s I have ever spent money at. Order number 642, 1:22 pm.
