Took more than 10 minutes to prepare foods while there were only 2 customers in the whole McDonald. We were in Drive Through ordered some happy meals and some sandwiches.

Food is good but service is horrible. Went through the drive thru and waited for a awhile then got told they was out of Dr. Pepper and Coke then got my food and didn’t receive an item and so I tried going in at 10:20 on a Friday night and an employee met me at the door and wouldn’t let me in. Says they are open til 11 but wouldn’t let me. Not impressed with the service.

The food and service were both fine, but they’re so focused on keeping times down that they complete an order in the system before it’s finished, leaving employees unsure of who got what, and sometimes making the wrong thing entirely like with my drink. It was also a little difficult to enjoy my meal because I was swatting at flies the whole time.

This is by far the cleanest and most efficient McDonald’s. The entire establishment is spotless. The bathroom was clean and smells nice. The customer service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this McDonald’s. This is by far the most well managed and clean McDonald’s anywhere.

McDonald’s is encouraging kiosk and app ordering but the kiosk gave none of the 15 or more customers a receipt. They were calling out numbers and had no clue why people were not picking up their orders. Then the employee with a European accent used a terrible attitude with everyone when it was brought to her attention. The one cashier said fixing the receipt paper is “not her job”. When asked to speak to a manager they said “yeah I guess you can, but failed to notify a manager” also a lot of kids will be sad because there are no kids meals toys. Ardmore seems like a place where people like to Argue more.

we placed a mobile order and chose drive thru thinking that would be the fastest way, we pull into the parking lot and the drive thru is full of cars completely wrapped around the parking lot, at least 10-12 cars. i then told my boyfriend just go in and get it, he walked in while i waited in the car about 10 minutes pass and i’m starting to wonder..he walks out without food then tells me they told him that they will not give him the food and we have to wait in the drive thru simply because they want there drive thru score up! absolutely unacceptable, if someone walks in asking for food they ALREADY paid for they should be given it! By the time we got our food it was ice cold due to him waiting inside for so long and then having to wait in line also. ridiculous.

I’m not normally one to review places but in this case it felt necessary. I don’t have the highest expectations when it comes to McDonald’s in the first place, but this one really took the cake. In the past we’ve come through the drive thru, but this time we decided to come in. The women’s bathroom was disgusting: hair on the sinks, one of the toilets was backed up, all the seats were practically coming off the hinges, and in the stall I used the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. My husband and son said the men’s room wasn’t much better. In the lobby there was trash all over the floors, food debris on every table I saw, dead flies on the counters, spills all over the soda fountain area. An employee who appeared to be leaving her shift dropped an F-word well within hearing range of my 5-year-old. All in all, just a really appalling experience. We usually stop in Ardmore coming to and from Texas, and I can say with certainty that this McDonald’s won’t be a place we visit again.

I usually don’t rate fast food places. However, the manager on duty around 630-7pm on June 3rd, is one of the nicest that I’ve encountered at a McDonalds before. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and she was cleaning thhr machines. She came and apologized to me, made me something else and then told me as well to remind them the nxt time I came through that I didn’t get what I had ordered and they would make me one.
