Horrible experience. They never tell you they are out of something until you have already payed. I had that experience 3-4 times and you’d think I’d learn my lesson but this McDonalds is the closest one to us. They get really shitty really quick with you. It’s all teenagers working up there which usually isn’t a problem however these teenagers are so crappy and have such an attitude problem it’s gross. I placed a mobile order and the girl asked if I had a code and I told her I don’t and that I’m just picking up an order. I didn’t know a mobile order had a code for it so after she got shitty with me I told her to give me a few minutes and I’ll circle back around so I wasn’t holding the line up. After I came back with the code I received the most ridiculous service I have ever had. I do NOT recommend this McDonalds and I won’t be going here again. Every time I’m in that line to get food or a drink they seem to give me the complete opposite. Terrible service. Terrible attitude.

I had a mobile order and waited 10 plus minutes and no one ever brought me my food. All the while people in the drive thru had no problem getting what they ordered. When I went in and ask about it they had no clue there was a mobile order to make. Took them several minutes to get it ready and then they messed up the drink order.

Opening day and for a day or two afterwards the food was hot and FRESH. Now they’re already recycling the prior day’s food. Hard buns & hard biscuits = nasty. Just another crappy McDonalds now. At least the people working there are nice though. Wish any other restaurant had been built there.

We pulled into the drive thru at 11pm after an OU football game on December 19. There was nobody in line. It appears there was only one worker there, a girl with an attitude, that had told us to pull forward while she made some fresh fries. 20 minutes later we received our meals and the fries were cold and mushy. The absolute worst service.

App and Google both say it’s 24/7 but they close whenever they want. Had two employees in the store and multiple cars in the drive thru and not one of them let anyone know they decided to close. We made an app order and they accepted it and so we were not able to cancel it.
