If I could give no stars I would… the people were completely rude when I went through the drive thru. I get home and my family has raw burgers and overcooked chicken. I called to let them know and once again they were very rude. They didn’t even apologize they just said okay bring it back.This place should be closed down or find better management.

Hadn’t eaten all day and after this snow storm I was really wanting to get out and get some fast food. Got 3 cheese burgers and one was cold and the buns were hard…the other looked fine but tasted rotten and the last one was completely normal….i am beyond pissed and if it weren’t for the snow and below freezing temperatures I would drive back up. Thank GOD for the new McDonald off of Santa Fe and 34th. I’ll never be going back to 19th st.

Nearly impossible to get help from any staff at this location. Ordered coffee and forgot to request creamer and sugar while ordering, went back to the unmanned counter to request same and was ignored by multiple staff members due to lack of English language competency, when I was finally able to speak with an employee, I was told they would have to charge $0.25 for each creamer and sugar packet. This turned out to not be factual but still off-putting as a customer. The whole experience at this location is now geared towards mobile take-out and drive through ordering. There is no drink fountain available in the lobby for refills, no condiments available, and the trash can openings are too small to actually use effectively. Also for this location to to be in a primarily Caucasian and English speaking suburb, it is strange to have only Spanish language music playing over the lobby sound system.

Ordered from the mobile app for my kids @ lunch time. Went to the (MOBLIE AND PICKUP ORDER) table the lady asked for my order NUMBER not if I ordered from the mobile app or doordash and continued to tell me that my order was not there. Eventually the supervisor came and found my order. Now mind you I ordered two FROZEN drinks and by the time he found them they were just sitting on a counter melting away. Then gave my kid her happy meal *haven’t left the parking lot yet* *wanted to right this review* my daughter says whats this whats this over and over when I turn around shes holding melted butter packet from her happy meal.

Everything here was good! There were HS or college kids here ordering off the kiosks so it was a bit noisy and chaotic, but the staff and food were good.
I had my hands full when I left and accidentally left my purse. Staff found it and put it in the safe until I could pick it up. Charlotte was WONDERFUL taking care of everything. I also want to commend the one who found it and was honest to turn it in.
This is a very convenient location so stop by and try their food.

One of the most inconsiderate fast food restaurants I’ve dealt with in awhile. For as much as they charge now days you’d think the service would match the prices, but it’s severely lacking when you’re the only person that WALKED INSIDE TO ORDER and you’re treated like an inconvenience while drive thru customers are treated like they own the company. Top it off with having to wait multiple times for an English speaker.. in a country where the first language is English. But I digress, just take care of your customers equally. You gotta do better senator.

Kind of annoyed because I go through the drive through, already had my order in and was going to wait to talk to the person through the speaker and unfortunately no one assisted me and I was thinking maybe they will get to me but other cars kept going through on the other lane and the person behind me backed out and went into the other lane. I just went through the line anyways. I don’t have entitlement it’s just frustrating.

My biscuits wasn’t cooked all the way very doughy and my gravy was practically water with color, at least that’s how it tasted. my mother got an iced coffee that was supposed to have 3 shots of expreso and they made it taste more watery than even milky. $20 down the drain because they don’t wanna do there job properly.

If I could I would dare you a negative 10000000!!!! 3 times in as many weeks the “system is still booting” what the heck does it do! Wake up and take a darn shower!!! It says 24hours open. I’ve tried to order at 4:08 am, 3:54 am and today at 4:11am and the system is still booting or “I’m sorry we are still closed for maintenance right now!” Get your correct hours posted and make sure your employees are there to work. If they can be there then the owner should be there! Or FIX YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION!!! Waist of time!

The lady in the drive through window was very rude when I asked her why I owed change when I agreed to round up and then she dropped my change on the ground and closed the window. When I told the next guy at the food window how she was being he just said “she probably didn’t mean to” and that was it. I was also the only car in line so there was no reason to rush me so fast that you drop my money on the ground and then shut the window before I can say anything….
