This review is based off of several visits (Strictly during LUNCH 11-1:00pm) over the last years time. This McDonalds has been the best, most consistently accurate with their food I have found in OKC. It has almost always been hot and fresh every time, and everything is in the bag. Other than the monotoned employees and their nonchalant attitude, this place seems to operate well. Let me also preface, I almost always place my order through the app and use my code in the drive through. Today, I ordered a 10 piece nuggets, (2) hot mustards, a med fries, and a vanilla iced coffee. I pull in and everything goes as normal as monotoned is, but when I got my food, I realized they also had a buffalo sauce I wanted to try. So I asked “could I try one of the buffalo dipping sauces?” She said “that’ll be 76c!” Now listen, I never ask for extra sauce and if I do, it’s because they never put ketchup in the bag unless you ask, but 76c for a tiny sauce cube that’s not even 1oz!? (It’s .84oz) That’s absolutely ridiculous when I can go to Walmart and buy a bottle for .20c and oz! I’m all about making money but that’s just wild. I just want to be clear, I wasn’t asking for a handful. I just asked to try 1! I’m not saying I won’t be back, I’ll definitely avoid asking for extra (which I’m sure they like that), and I’ll be keeping a bottle of sauce at my desk at work from now on apparently.

Anytime I come here. Food is always wrong. Always ask for no onions, always onions. Always have to go back. I anlways get an attitude for their messups. Also don’t answer the store phone doesn’t matter what time of day. HORRIBLE!! You work at McDonald, it’s not that hard.

I’m very disappointed with the service and food at this location. I ordered a large ice coffee. The coffee have more cream than coffee. I did not customize my drink. Asked for three times to correct and it still not the same. I had this problem year ago. Just want to give it another try but still doing the same thing. I don’t think they can make ice coffee properly. Maybe because they are franchise, they don’t make the same coffee like the corporate does. Staffs are not patient and rude.

Seriously frustrated with McDonald’s today. I showed up at 3:30 AM for an Uber Eats order, but they said it was too late for the regular menu since they’d already transitioned to breakfast. This isn’t the first time either—every single time I come, it’s either too late or too early, and it feels like they’re just being lazy. I even tried calling ahead, but no one answered, so I wasted my time driving all the way there, only to be turned away. It’s beyond annoying and really unprofessional!!

In the morning on the drive-thru they are very unorganized I’ve been made late twice. The first time apparently there was only one person there and he looked like he was going to fall asleep and I was the only car there he asked me my order several times. The second time they were really slow. The car behind me decided to leave. If I would not have already paid through the app I would have drove off to. When I got up to the window they asked me what I had ordered and I had to tell them like three times. And I was told that my order was given to someone else. The gentleman said that he was training someone. Well that should not cause all the problems. Because they’re supposed to be watching you do the job properly. I was late to work both times because of this. They are very unorganized and don’t seem to know what they are doing

Giving two stars because I feel bad for what seems to be the one person working. I get that it’s late at night, but it shouldn’t take over 45 minutes to receive my online order. The service was okay, but management needs to do better about scheduling or something to help.

Very rude staff. They got my order wrong and even charged me for someone else’s order. When I came inside to fix it, the employees acted like I was clueless and said I must have ordered somewhere else even though I had just come from their drive-thru. It took a while before anyone came to help, and when they finally did, they were rude and unhelpful. They had my order the whole time, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. Terrible experience overall

So im sick and tired of these rude , belligerent and incompetent employees , so I told them from the start I have a spilt payment this is at 5:40am in the morning today, I get to the window the Hispanic lady didn’t understand anything I was saying because she didn’t listen the first time, and sweet baby Jesus the manager was as slow as the employee they kelp running my card for the full amount and I just said screw it so not only was I late for work but I didn’t receive my food either!!! If you are so unhappy at your job please do not work in public relations.

I made the mistake of ordering delivery and they sent me RAW meat, half a thing of fries, none of my sauces, and the wrong thing. Do not order from here unless you want it completely wrong and food poisoning to boot

Twice in as many weeks the person at the cash register has told me the card I gave them wouldn’t work. So I payed with another one only to find out the next day the first charge HAD gone through! Service is very poor here and now they’re stealing from their customers. I will drive a few extra minutes so as to never go to this location everagain. Shame.
