This go around was a good experience. Food was good and service was very prompt. I do believe it is a hit and miss with good service and food quality but that’s pretty much anywhere you go. Some people enjoy what they do and some people are just there to collect a check.

Giving them 4 stars because multiple times my French fries have been two thirds of the way full. Still gave them 4 stars because the fries are always hot and that’s what really matters. There is no changing table which is annoying because they have an indoor play place (which is pretty clean for a McDonald’s).

Continuously demonstrates that they don’t understand how a line works. Will skip one side multiple times, while that person can hear the other side clear as day making regular and mobile orders, then tell the skipped person that “the other orders are DoorDash and that is priority”. It shouldn’t matter if it is a DoorDash order when other people have been waiting far longer – don’t play favorites and skip entire lines of people when the line is almost wrapped around the building to the intersection!

Honestly pretty disappointed. I ordered online for pick up. As you can see I ordered extra pickles and only got a single pickle. I know they most likely cook their chicken ahead of time because it typically takes awhile, no big deal. However, this chicken was hard and dry like it had been sitting since lunch, I ordered at 6pm. 2 stars because the fries and happy meals I ordered for the kids were fresh.

Fish sandwich was very old. Had to drive back to store because they did not answer the phone. Once there, they took the partially food through the drive thru window and this is a food safety issue that they are not suppose to do. Employees were rude and was given a fake number to speak with DM and they have never called. This store is awful with service and quality of food. Reporting to health dept so maybe they will go inspect what is going on in this store.

I went through the drive-thru and they were extremely slow for a McDonald’s. Each vehicle, including mine, seemed to have sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes or more waiting to order. Then, the wait time to move forward to pay and receive your order was significant. I was literally in the drive-thru for 20 mins or more. A vehicle behind me dropped out of the line and probably went somewhere else because they drove out of the parking lot away from McDonald’s. The one positive, which was extremely satisfying, all my food was hot and tasted fresh. So, I appreciated that.

I have 3 kids, go up there fairly often. Usually not very clean, workers usually polite, and don’t know what’s going on. You can always hear them jamming their rap behind the counter.

Everytime we eat here my poor hubby gets so sick, and not only that but the drive-thru it’s slower than watching tar drip, like seriously it takes forever and you might not even get all of your food, or fresh food. needless to say the drive-thru sucks and the whole place just reeks the smell of initiative, understaffed, and lazyness, I would never recommend eating here at night.
