The playplace is pretty neat. My only complaint is that they don’t have working drink machines in the lobby. When I asked for a refill it took a long time for the employee to get around to filling it.

I drove 16 minutes to pick up an order, only to arrive at the drive-thru and be told they couldnt make the order, without giving any reason. The store was closed even though the app showed it as open. This is very unprofessional, and its not the first time this has happened.
Its not okay to waste my time, money, and gas while Im working. I end up having to wait for the customer or Uber to cancel so I dont get in trouble, which means Im not paid for the 40 to 60 minutes of wasted time. I also cant cancel it myself because it will just get passed to the next driver and waste their time too. This seriously needs to be addressed

I went through the drive-through, and it was it’s not that long of a wait. I got my food and went to check it and realized that I didn’t have 2 of my sandwiches. I went back through the drive-through, and they willingly remade it but then made it wrong again. I also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with NO mustard. And they put ONLY mustard on both of them for the second time.

Fast service with friendly employees. My order was brought out quickly through curbside delivery. The food was fresh and the order was accurate. The store and the parking lot were both kept up and clean. The employee that brought my food out was wearing a mask.

My partner went in to pick up their order and they didn’t want to give him the order he paid for through the app. He was kind enough to show multiple workers his receipt and they were going to give him his order until the “assistant manager” came into the picture she did not want to give him the order and he literally had to cancel it in her face and had to buy the order again. What was supposed to be a quick pick up turned into +20 minutes even after he cooperated.

I made a online order and I had to park at the curbside 1 and I waited 20 minutes for my food I went inside and the manager had an attitude and she said there wasn’t a order and she said that it wasn’t showing her with a attitude and she threw my food and I took a bite out of it and their was a hair in my food
