They are always very nice and hardworking. I had a big order for a school class party and they helped me take my order to my car. The manager is very kind too. He held the door open for us and wished us a wonderful day. Love this McDonald’s!

The manager Maria was incredibly unprofessional. There was an issue with the mobile order through the app and she refused to help in any way shape or form. I had to pay twice for my order and wait through the drive thru twice. I can understand if the manager did not have any options available, but her attitude and approach to the situation was incredibly uncalled for.

Ordered meals at kiosk, then the food came out short of two items and the wrong drink. Employees were trying to remedy the situation but manager hesitated questioning her own staff. She couldn’t even read the receipt correctly.
Wrong or missed orders can happen anywhere, but managers are supposed to identify the issue and address it quickly. Very disappointing!

Missing egg mcmuffin sandwich from my combo meal, but after looking at the rest of the order, that wasn’t even the worst part. Hotcakes and hashbrowns were so greasy the bottom of the bag had grease on it & the grease made everything so soggy it wasn’t even edible. Disgusting! One star just for the drinks that were the only thing correct!

The service has gone to the worst level on the planet. Honestly this McDonald’s probably performs well on paperwork inside the company. As an ordinary customer I would rather drive 10 miles to get away from these people at this McDonald’s than go here. You ask for ketchup they give you one packet. You ask for a refill they don’t want to do it. They left my six year old son at the counter for 20 minutes hoping he would go away. I had to go up there after he said excuse me at least 10 times to get someone’s attention. I know this review won’t get any attention. Ever since the remodel they have used the new wall to hide behind.

Don’t rely on the hours posted either online or at the door. These people will happily lock the door hours early as long as the dinner rush is over. When I worked in fast food there was a shift leader fired for doing that but I guess they don’t care here. Worked a long day and wanted something to eat at 10 pm and they had locked down the lobby.
