I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews or make a fuss over minor issues. But I’m pretty dissatisfied for having had to pay extra to fix this.
I brought the kids here after a school function. After a couple of attempts trying to order on the kiosk, I gave up and ordered at the counter. After ordering we went to get ketchup and the lady at the counter (whose name was covered with tape on the name tag) said she knew, but the only person who knew how to refill it was on the morning shift, so they couldn’t refill it. Eventually, we got our food. I realized I had forgotten to add on ingredients to my filet-o-fish so I went to the counter to pay and get some lettuce, tomato, etc on the side.
I opened my sandwich, and I found half a slice of cheese on the bottom bun (pictured). I showed this to the nameless crewmember, and she said I would have to pay for more cheese. When I pointed to my sandwich, she insisted that that was how they come. Instead of asking for a manager or causing a scene, I paid for some more cheese, left a review, and moved on with my life.
Not very satisfied, and I’m a little incredulous that they doubled down on the sandwich being perfect so they could extract an extra $1.39 from me. Oh well, I’ll just try somewhere else next time.

Usually I would never write a review, much less a bad one, but i had trouble ordering already. I ordered curb side and she brought out the wrong meal. Then she brought out my meal with my cheeseburger and my drink but she left the fries out of the bag. Normally I would check but I saw the sauce I ordered and thought it would be in the huge bag they gave me. I drove 20 minutes home before I realized. I had a horrible experience and I was tired and hungry. I called and they couldn’t deliver or anything to make up for it.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch right about noon.
We decided to eat inside because the drive through was crowded.
As we walked through the doors a disgusting foul oder sweept across our noses. It was like walking into an unserviced porta potty. No wonder it looked like a deserted island inside.
We ordered our food and quickly left.
I would recommend that the inside should have been closed momentarily to address the situation without customers walking into a scented ambush.
Come on Mickey D’s do better!!

Jesus help this place. Second time I got a breakfast sandwich and it was cold coffee tasted like creamer and sugar and water. I was so happy to get a coffee in was so disappointed.sad

I’ve earned most of my 60,000 rewards points going to this location. They’ve finally hit the breaking point. When the mobile order errors out and prompts to go inside, nobody seems to want to sort the issue out. The food has to go to somebody, right?
Anyway, I go to the counter and after a wait, someone comes up and they’re asking if I’m a Doordasher. I say “no, but I have an issue with my order.” They say “okay” and walk away. This happens 3 times.
The only way I was able to get the food I paid for was to spot the bag with my number on it. Why does the app give you an order code that nobody wants to look at? I had to verify every bit of the order before they were certain it was me. I gave them the stall #, the order #, the order details, even the app order.

New style McDonalds. No menu board. No napkins or condiments unless you ask. All staff stay in back. One register but 4 online order kiosks. Hey McDonalds, are you trying to stop all eat-in business because you lost me as a customer.

Staff in this McDonald’s needs to be trained management in this McDonald’s allows other employees to act as manager in front of customers not cool. Nobody wants to be yelled at from across the store like a child by McDonald employees I can understand if the employee that was yelling was of a younger age, but this lady was 42 years old or older she knows better McDonald’s. Why don’t you do better?
