I stopped by at this location Monday morning, February 2. The Mexican manager was very arrogant and rude telling me there’s limits on Coke refills. I’ve never heard such a thing at McDonald’s and there’s no sign posted.

A McDonald’s Big Mac, fries, and a Coke for me is more about the nostalgia than it is about the actual food quality.. On this day, this McDonald’s location delivered a solid win for me for this meal..
I ordered the Big Mac using rewards points through the app and removed the pickles and onions, as I have done since the beginning of time.. Once that order closed, I ordered the fries (Free Fry Friday with a $1 purchase) and the medium Coke..
I then grabbed a seat and enjoyed a meal that I first enjoyed, probably 50 years ago.. The Big Mac was prepared exactly as I ordered it, the fries were fresh from the fryer, and the Coke was as bubbly as a McDonald’s Coke has always been..
Atmosphere is rated a little lower due to McDonald’s restaurants evolving into more sterile environments than they once were.. However, the store was quite clean, and the employees were interacting well with customers during my visit..

Waited in the 1 spot for almost 10 minutes watching car after car leave the line, waiting on “the hash browns to get done” when I know that’s about a 1 minute cook. Had to pull in and go inside to get my food. When I said something they rolled their eyes, grabbed it off some counter. It had just been sitting there, finished, but no one wanted to bring it outside to me I guess? Idk. Food was warm but not hot anymore. This is why I avoid McDonald’s. Too expensive to be treated like garbage as a patron.

I ordered online when I was staying close to here on 10/19/25 and everything was great. I ordered through the app and never got a code. They found it quickly using my name. Better service than in my home town. I would definitely go back again. Thanks to all the staff!

They refuse to actually read their receipts. Gave me something I ordered correctly but gave it to me wrong and due to an allergy I can’t eat it. They are terrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

The McDonald’s on Robinson and porter is the one of the worst McDonald’s i have been to. We arrived at 3pm i was try to feed my daughter before she had to go to work. The dining area had not been cleaned in 5 hours before i got there. There was 2 receipts on the floor that had 10am at the time of the order. The tables all had food and dried up drink spots on the one looked like coffee and the rest looked like sode. There were smashed fries on the floor and other debris. grease hand prints on the tables and glass. We watched several other people get there meals before us. We asked for our food and was told it had been setting in the little rack. Then we asked for a refund and thay asked why and we told them we still have not recieved our food and the told us that it was still not ready but they are working on it and it is almost done. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food before we asked for a refund. When i worked for McDonald’s it never took 30 minutes for a customer to receive there meal. When i was cashier it was our responsibility to clean the lobby. There was no cashier at the register when we arrived. We had to use the kiosk to order our food. I dont work there any more why do i have to place my own order. I should get a discount if i have to use the kiosk where there is no cashier. There should always be a cashier at the register. Will never go back to this McDonald’s.

Quick service, sitting area usually clean. Easy parking. Just order your #3 with Dr pepper already, why you reading this?
