The app is always very easy to maneuver and order from. I ordered and drove to curbside pickup. The order came in less than 5 minutes, the person that brought my food told me what he was handing me as I received it which was nice. The fries were just warm and cool off very fast so that was not a good thing but when I looked at my sandwich which was a Quarter Pounder with cheese- plain the hamburger was broken and half off the bun which l am adding to my review. I had to reassemble my sandwich and had grease all over my hands. Thankfully they had given me, thank you! And because my burger was half off the bun. The juice was pooled in one spot and that was my first bite. Not a good 3rd impression. The smoothie was delicious and the tea also.

This evening, I went to your establishment and asked for BBQ sauce with my nuggets as well as a sweet tea. I received honey mustard along with sweet & sour sauce, still trying to find the hidden meaning there. As far as the drink goes, I received an iced black coffee instead of sweet tea. Not flavored coffee, just straight black coffee on ice.

Went through the drive thru and asked for sausage cheese biscuits and hashbrowns to feed everyone at my office. Charged us $106 for sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles after clarifying 3 separate times that its supposed to be JUST cheese sausage biscuits. The price discrepancy is $40 and we never received a refund after asking if we would, crew was extremely unprofessional, and we STILL received egg on our biscuits. I’m not quite sure how an entire staff can be lost as to what we wanted after we had to clarify multiple times. Paying $106 for something that should have been $60.62 (according to the app) is absolutely outrageous. Will never be visiting this location again.

Very dirty! All the tables are gross, the bathroom is gross even the kitchen is gross. The manager don’t care, the workers are playing on their phones instead of cleaning the dining area, and the sweet tea is old.

I took my kids here for dinner tonight. We have been to this McDonald’s many times, but always in the drive through. Tonight we ate inside. The floor was sticky, there was trash on the floor and tables, and all of the tables were dirty. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted. If that’s what the dining area looks like then I am afraid of what the kitchen looks like. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This McDonalds is the closest to the OU campus. It is open 24/7. I order through the app regularly and pick up through the drive-thru. I have also eaten in the building and few times. Always good service and the stays clean. The parking lot and building are both in great shape. The employees are decent. Not rude or anything, but nothing like Chick-fil-A or Whataburger. My orders have always been fresh and accurate unlike a lot of other McDonalds.

If I could give negative I would, the manager on duty the last two times I’ve been here has given me attitude every time I’m in here. I’ve had so many times where I’m missing food and it’s not even busy some of the time I come in. Paid for a double Big Mac and got a regular one and then ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets got my sauce but no nuggets. When I had my husband ask for a spoon the manager on duty gave attitude about being asked for help because he was on his phone. Definitely shouldn’t have to call the store to get a refund or my order remade I just want my food done right not rushed to meet a time limit.

I ordered off of their mobile app, no problem, get my confirmation, card is dinged, and I head to pick it up. Lights are all off. Turns out they are closed to spray for bugs. No comment on that one.
After circling a few times, I finally got the attention of someone at the window, and they told me that I had to leave, and they would not be making my food. Upon further questions, and refusals to get a refund, they told me that money should go back to my card, probably, maybe, and if it didn’t to come back and they could check into it.
While I sat there trying to cancel or get a refund on the app and by email, had to have been a dozen cars coming through the parking lot. One chatted with me for a bit, and said this was the second time in a couple months.
Nobody here cares and they will do nothing, it seems, to correct the issue, offering no method of satisfaction for the inconvenience.
The taco bell across the street was open and had me through in minutes. Good old, reliable taco bell.
All in all, this McDonald’s had terrible service in general. Unhelpful. If you have to get McDonald’s in the future, go anywhere else and stay well away from store # 29739.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Waited 5 minutes at the counter, seeing at least 3 employees and walk by and one stopping who I thought was going to take my order only to grab cookies from the case. Then the lady in the blue sweater, being one of the employees that walked by me previous, proceeded to tell me that I had to use the machine behind me to order. I am sorry I am not the generation to use technology for everything. So I waited for someone to take my order. While waiting to customers came out from the parking lot said that they were in parking spaces waiting for the drive-through orders because several cars had already drove off and they still have yet to get their orders. When I finally got my order taken, I’m sorry let me rephrase a who am I soon as a manager in a white shirt told me oh, I’ll get your order in a minute once he finally got my order which was just a frappe, I get it you guys are extremely busy I do it’s also a holiday but for rudeness from all employees is ridiculous. So he took my order. I can see him actually making the frappe and he walks away waiting several minutes. I can see him in the back. He looks at me comes running to the front. I’m so sorry I forgot but I was making you something I had to fix something. Their inside area was completely trashed, and I get it because you guys are extremely busy. You don’t have anybody to stop and go clean the lobby at the moment, but there is no reason for rudeness or being ignored once a customer is trying to place an order. You had 3 lady’s standing doing absolutely nothing, I’m sorry they were chatting with each other and drinking their drinks. The men in the kitchen weren’t wearing any gloves, and that’s gross. When I asked if this was a franchise or corporate store they couldn’t tell.

Food is always extremely stale and assembled like the workers personally hate you. Takes forever too. All the workers always look miserable. Personal advice you should drive 30 minutes across town to go to literally any other McDonald’s, the quality has been horrible here for at least 3 years
