I ordered a large fry and asked if they would please make them fresh. The employee over the drive-thru said they are fresh and always are. I don’t agree, but okay. When I got to the second window, the employee was a super-friendly young lady. I got my food and left. (My mistake for not checking it.) I reached into the bag, and the fries were cold and tasted disgusting! I wanted to take them straight back for fresh fries like I’d requested, but I had to be somewhere. Do they even sell a large French fry anymore or is it just a medium fry in a large container? When did the quality of McDonald’s fries start going downhill? McDonald’s used to have the best fries around, and now you can’t even get anything close to what they used to be!

Went through the drive through, and the workers had terrible attitudes. I ordered a kids meal and a spicy chicken snack wrap. The kids meal didn’t come with both orders of fries and no sauce. The snack wrap was drenched in sauce, the tortilla was stale including the tender. dissatisfied.

Food here is actually fairly decent. Not bad. The service is absolute TRASH! After ordering at the kiosk and waiting near 20 minutes for a burger, fries and a drink, the young man who brought it out to me was joking and laughing with someone in the dining room who looked to be a manager. Both were throwing around the “N-word” like no one was around (there was, for sure). He then just walks to my table, flops the tray down and walks away. Not a single word. Shortly after I made the mistake of going to ask for some ketchup. The same young man was leaned against the counter in the kitchen texting on his phone. He looks up, sees me, goes back to his phone, then when he’s done with what he’s doing on his phone he walks over, doesn’t say a single word and just stares at me like I’m inconveniencing him. I asked if I could get some ketchup. He reaches under the counter, pulls out two packets of ketchup, throws them on the counter and walks away. Right back to his phone.
Again, the food was decent. At least as good as you’d expect from fast food. But the service….I will LITERALLY drive past this place to go somewhere else from now on. Carl’s Jr. is right down the street.

I brought a complaint to the noon time manager. I even told her to probably take my complaint with a grain of salt. Her tone was not the tone of a
sympathetic and understanding manager. Then when i told her not to talk to me in that manner, she just became louder & talking over me. Saying the same thing over & over & over. Im nobody. I just have my feelings, morals,
& etiquette to guide us! I will never eat again at that McDonald’s store and all because of her bad attitude along with her not even having bad manners, would be better than her’s! McDonald’s forcing us to use their bad kiosk system was my complaint. $5 meal deal
There needs to be a pay now button & backup button also. Side by side always on any screen. I’ve been trying to cut back a little bit. So now it is enough for me. Double cheese burger, 4 McNugget, fries, & a coke.

I don’t know if she was an regular employee or a supervisor however there was an older latin American employee that had a black zip up jacket and a pink clip in her hair which I could not see a name tag for that seemed to have a problem with me requesting a receipt when their self ordering kiosk failed to print one out. I feel like she had a very rude tone about it

Horrible experience with “Luisa” this morning. I had called the day before to let them know that I would be picking up a large breakfast order at 5am. I spoke to Luisa. It was a very straightforward order. 32 McGriddles and 27 Hash Browns. I show up at McDonalds at 5am the next day and give them my mobile code for the order. Luisa wasn’t working. They say they can’t find my mobile order but they do hand me a sack with the 32 McGriddles. No 27 hash browns though. A staff member tells me that Luisa never told them about the hash browns. They make the hashbrowns and 10-15 mins later I’m on my way. An hour later I get a call from Luisa. She immediately goes into “WHY WOULD YOU PLACE THE MOBILE ORDER IF YOU ALREADY GAVE ME THE ORDER THE NIGHT BEFORE??” I could not believe the tone she had!! I’m almost 50 years old and have never been talked to that way. I told her that’s what I’ve always done in the past and NEVER had a problem. I don’t even bring up the fact that she failed to write down my hash browns! I also tell her that I do not appreciate how she is talking to me. She then doubles down and says (with the same tone), “I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD DO THAT?!” I tell her that I wanted to pay for my order using the mobile app so that’s why I did that. I remind her again that this has never been a problem. She then starts telling me they can’t find my order. I gave her my mobile code and told her I can bring my receipt that was emailed to me. She says she’ll call the restaurant back or something. This place is a circus and Luisa is the ringleader. Horrible employee.

I doordash in norman frequently, and every single time i see “Liz” or Elizabeth working, she is always disrespectful to her fellow coworkers. They are good to us dashers and she constantly scolds them in front of customers and it is ridiculous. You guys sell the happy meal so why so grouchy?

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to this McDonald yesterday at 4:20pm and I did a mobile order at curbside 8. It took literally 20+ mins for them to bring me my food, just a 10-piece and a medium fry and a drink. At about 4:36pm I called the store and was like what’s going on with my order. The lady that answered the phone knew exactly what my order was before I even said it, so if you knew what my order was why didn’t you bring it out. She claimed they got 15 orders back to back and she was working on it but regardless my food should have been out I had been there the longest and a few people were in the drive-thru but they cleared it out and I was still waiting. I worked fast food and know do better 0/10 stars!
