I truly appreciate the cleanliness of this location and I have never had any complaints about the food. Most of the time my fries are fresh and everything tastes good. We mainly go through the drive through but when we do go inside, no one greats us. I still feel welcomed and respected though. I know they’re busy. Overall, this is my favorite location in Norman, OK.

About what you expect anymore from fast food. The order was not correct. I was given cheese on my burger when I specifically asked for no cheese. And since I do not like cheese, I could not finish my meal. I should have gone back to have them remake my sandwich, but what’s the point, I would have wasted more of my time. Please, McDonalds, institute better quality control standards at your restaurant!

It’s McDonalds. I’m not sure the food could ever get over 3 stars- even on its very best day. So, I guess it’s as good as it can get. This location always looks closed in the evenings and especially after dark. It’s never very inviting.

Usually use drive thru. Don’t expect breakfast at 10:31, even if you are a regular customer because you will be disappointed. Why don’t you serve breakfast until at least 11:00am???????? Jack serves all day.

Ordered a large mocha frappe with a shot of espresso added as i do multiple times a week at this location. they didn’t add the espresso (which happens often and i usually just get over it but today i really wanted the shot that i paid for). i went back through the drive thru and told them, and they took the first frappe back and gave me a smaller one than i ordered with so much espresso that it is hard to drink. I never leave reviews, much less for mcdonald’s (they’ve set themselves up for bad reviews already, they don’t care) but it was just frustrating the level of pettiness that i was treated with.

The manager is so rude. I’m a Doordash driver, and we have to take pictures if the store is closed. I went to the door to read the “closed for construction” sign, and the manager came out from behind the building waving his finger at me. He then asked me, “Can’t you read?” I said, “Yes, I have to take a picture of it for Doordash.” The manager raised his voice and said, “I told you we were closed. Read the sign.”
