Was on my way to work in Chickasha Saturday, August 12. Stopped to get a hot caramel macchiato with extra shot of espresso. Went through the drive-through, voice came on, and asked “ would you like to order on our mobile app?”, I comically said no I’ll be ordering through the drive-through today. Thank you. Person on the other end of the speaker. Hatefully stated , “that’s just a recorded message”. I said OK. Went to the first window paid for my five dollar plus coffee when I went to the second window and picked it up. It was in a hot to go cup however, 2 miles down the road my coffee was cold, no ice but absolutely no heat. Very, very, very disappointed. Would not recommend this stop.

They are very rude and they have jacked up their prices. $10 for two sausage mcgriddles. Absolute insanity. When we asked how much they were the girl got a nasty attitude walked away and got someone else. At $15 an hour for pay you’d think they’d at least be respectful and pretend to be a decent human being.

McDonald’s used to be the goto fast food of choice. These days, they are expensive (Over $17 for a large combo with drink and an extra coffee!), and the food is mediocre at best. At least the service at this location was fast, but not terribly friendly. Apparently if you have a big enough name, quality and service aren’t important anymore.

We ordered off the mobile app for table service, they set our food down and just called out our number. Fries had to be remade, we we’re missing one chicken nugget from our 6 piece . they gave us a 4 piece i give them that but i definitely will not be back. Not worth the headache.

It was Very slow I had to leave the drive thru just to wait on 2 Mcflurry. Then I went in McDonald’s no customer were waiting at the counter to order. The old lady was killing flies at the door and never cleaned the door and window off,, but came behind the counter to kill more flies..

Ordered 3 coffees through the drive thru and only one was right! The one that was black only! The one with 2 sugars and 2 milk was also black and so was the one ordered as 1 milk and one sugar! It was correct on the screen. We were back in the highway when we realized the coffees were all black!

We are not a fan of the kiosk style of ordering. Now there is only one attendant and people that had ordered were very confused as to where to wait for their food then that would impede the entrance. French fries were cold. It will be a long time before we stop there again for food!
