My mom came to this Mc’Donalds to get a cup of coffee. She went to the counter to order as she has done for decades. The person at the counter told her to go back to the kiosk to put her order in. Mom, said “Can’t you just put it in for me? I only want a black coffee.” With a heavy sigh and an annoyed look the counter person did, finally get Mom a coffee. But Mom was so aggrivated she has vowed to never visit that particular Mc’Donalds restaurant ever again. I learned about this experience when I took her to get a cup of coffee at the Mc’Donalds restaurant at 89th and Penn. She was frustrated to have the experience repeated and said “Pretty soon you won’t be able to get anything at the counter at any Mc’Donalds’ any more! They just don’t want to be bothered!” I don’t really care for the kiosk method myself and have refused to get the app on my phone to order ahead “for MY convenience.” Many societies honor their elders but I understand that has not been the way in this country. Perhaps you as a Corporate entity could show you longtime customers some respect by having a line just for elder’s where they can interact with a real (friendly) person to purchase food from you. I believe that would garner a lot of gratitude and loyalty while still costing you little.

The okra they serve is over cooked, and dry! No favor left in it. The Cole slaw didn’t taste fresh either, kind of a sour taste. I would not oder either if I eat there again.

many times me and my friends/boyfriend/family go to this Mcdoanlds bc is the closest one and there is always something wrong. They are rude most of the time and they have forgotten to put sauces or even they forget items of my order and sometimes the orders are wrong.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. They refused to take my register coupon because it came from another store. I have had some of the rudest people there in the past. The manager with the extra long eyelashes….LOL. I would be embarrassed if I was the corporate office with this place hanging the big McDonald’s franchise sign. Hey, maybe if you knew how to run a store you afford to take your own register coupons.

I don’t why I keep thinking going inside to eat, with the kids, is a good idea. They lost my order yet again, and acted like my app was messed up. The cleqning lady r3alized we hadn’t been served and she said something as I was walking up to the counter. CFA continues to be top of my list bc of the way McD workers behave when wrong. Just accept your mistake, correct it, and move on.
The time before, I gave the code from the app and the “manager” refused to say their register was messed up as my phone showed they took the points and received my code but she refused to acknowledge my earned reward.
Tip: call the 800 numbers on the box or the cups, do not call the ones on the store receipt, they will never text you bqck qnd that’s juat their way to avoid corporate being aware of their complaint.
If she was any good of a manager, sh3 wuda made things right, instead of corporate needing to.

Staff were quick efficient and friendly. The food is the “standard McDonald’s” so it was exactly what we were expecting.

I asked for a refund on a bad quality order that was fully intact and was told by the manager that since I ordered on the app I would have to request a refund through the app. Upon further research this is not true or even possible to do, as started on the McDonald’s website. Extremely disappointed in the team that was working today.

This has always been the worst McDonald’s as far as service. Rarely is my order correct or quick. Spent 50 minutes in the drive thru one evening.
