The most pathetic visit I’ve ever had. No one else was there yet all my food was cold and soggy and one of my McDoubles had onions and I ordered without onions. It is cheap food made by cheap people. This McDonald’s will always be the worst location in Oklahoma! Good luck. I don’t need a response from McDonald’s to “resolve my issue”. That is yalls issue. Hire someone who wants to work. Not just sling cold and frozen food around. Locations like this ruin the fast food we know, love, and grew up on. Please fix the obstacle or close up so we can have something worth the while! And since when do McDoubles come with a single slice of a pickle?

They give you NO sauce when asked. If you even order a burger it’s half frozen. They don’t even give you the proper happy meal toy. They give toddler toys when not asked to. Do they not have necessary other stocked materials? Is it the staff untrained or lazy? I understand being underpaid and it should NOT be that way. I want to give a huge shout-out to Waffle at the McDonald’s on 1235 N Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003. They messed up my order, but she handled it with amazing customer service. She was kind, fast, and made everything fresh right on the spot. My food came out hot, the fries were perfect, and she even added a side of cookies.

Order spicy chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger without onions. They repeated no onions on the burger but yet did not ring up the double cheeseburger. I paid and went around. The lady offering the food had no idea how to offer a solution for me and told me that she had to just go off of what the paper said. Finally a manager intervened and said please pull back around. I paid for an additional double cheeseburger and the pictures so the results of the service. Barely any fries also old and cold. The cheeseburger that was actually a mistake on their part and still paid for by me looks like they made out of retaliation as horrible as possible.

THEY HAS THE NERVE TO GIVE ME EVERYTHING WITH THE PICKLE FRIES BUT THE SEASONING ALL I GOT WAS TH BAG AND THE OTHER FOOD I ORDERED!!! Worst visit ever first we are placing our order in the drive thru when the person helping us starts talking about can I go on break… I get we all need a break but could you finish our order first… second get to the window and they were to busy trying to switch people and talk to each other than to help us . Third how can you mess up one of the easiest sandwiches you had one job… pics below tell that story… then I call to let them know what had happened and the employee who answered the phone says hello like he was answering a personal phone… I get being busy and mistakes happen cause I work customer service but when it was never ending through the whole experience with everyone I interacted with. It becomes an issue of poor training and management….

They keep forgetting to give us the rest of our food. In this case, two happy meals… it is not the first time it has happened, it is a fight to either get refunded or our food (which we are ok with if they gave it to us). After many times of the same thing happening, I am finally giving a review. I wish they would pay more attention to the orders, and not to have to beg for the food, show them the receipt and what we have… just give us the food.

This location is awful. They lost my mobile order (they knew it was placed, but didn’t know what I ordered). They also were out of pumpkin cream pies that I already paid for, no refund or alternative was suggested until I insisted on it and received something lesser in value. The sauces that were supposed to come with chicken nuggets were out as well; I requested an alternative, but didn’t have it in the bag when I got home. The attitude was that they did nothing wrong. Will avoid this location from now on.
