The manager woman with glasses she hide the monopoly ticket and on the app and the customer service that I call a report her .all confirm that if I order the food with monopoly ticket they available anytime and she state:not all is available I’m the manager and I decide it..I know is silly but my boys they look for this and I missing I not go there not more

The McDonald’s in Greenwood at least understands their own broken app system. When the codes don’t work, the managers usually honor the deal because they know the tech is trash.

The Broken Hill location? Completely different story.

My app pulled the deal up just fine, but at the window they told me “server error” and insisted it was my app, not their system. I explained that if I refresh the code it locks me out for 15 minutes, and I don’t have time to sit in the lot and babysit an app. I asked if I could just pull around and have someone try to scan it from another register and was told, “We don’t have scanners.”

When my spouse worked at McDonald’s, every register had a scanner. I even said, “If it says server error, that sounds like a backend issue, not my phone,” and the manager still refused to do anything and stayed very rigid and dismissive.

I get that tech fails, but the lack of basic customer service and problem-solving is the real issue. The Greenwood store will try to make it right; this one just shrugs and blames the customer.

To add insult to injury, they got the order wrong as well. And honestly, I’m not sure why I even came back after they double charged me back in July, made me jump through hoops, and still haven’t refunded the $32 and change.

Ordered TWO big breakfasts with Hotcakes, a number 1 and number 7 meal. We got the food. But we’re given 4 packs of butter and ONE fork set. No syrup, no jelly, no other condiments. It was not so busy in drive thru that the crew pushing orders out would forget these essential items.

Sat in the drive thru for over 5 min and then got pulled to stall 1 and sat there for another 5 min all for a large mocha frappe that wasn’t even filled all the way and still had chunks of ice in it from not being blended well enough. All while I’m watching them hand others out the window to people behind me who had food also. Worst experience I’ve ever had there by far! And it tasted horrible this time too!

Food was great. My only problem is every time I order a hot mocha the machine is down or cleaning. This has happened in 2 local stores maybe 6 times. What is up with that?

Went through the drive through, Atmosphere was great, wife and I were togather. Ordered 2 teas and a 6 piece nugget happy meal. Got it home and no nuggets, called to be told you’ll need to come get them. I suggested that it be voiced to staff hey we missed the nuggets so there could be improvement. That’s when I was told hope you have a better day. I let her know the only way I see to be sure I get my food, since she seemed unwilling to address it was to sit at the window and go through it to confirm it was right. She told me to do what I need to do!! So hope understand why I don’t immediately drive away.

I was in here at 4pm 1/2/2026 the shift leader/manager was yelling over chicken nuggets to a young employee very loud! Then she goes on to start belittling the same person over cookies not going in DoorDash bag!! This is absolutely absurd!

One part of our party ordered at the register, we ordered at the kiosk, they got our food, been around 20 minutes we still haven’t gotten ours. The place was super dirty, the drinks in the lobby were out.

Nobody gets 5 stars from me so if u got 4 I am impressed. I got 2 number 1s Big Mac McDonald’s, that burger you just crave when u r driving around hungry, yep it was perfect (Hwy 71)store, very well built burger, so well, I had to take pictures!! It was Ssssooo goooddd! the fries were amazing, hot crisp, perfection!! Turned out I only had to pay $1 for 1 Big Mac! Saved me almost 5 bucks (pretax)! Download the app ya’ll, and GO EAT!!

I placed a simple order and asked for extra salt on fries. Ice cold fries and smart allec puts handful of salt packets on fries and shoves them avross the counter. Horrible service, and when i called the manager and explained she acted like it wasn’t even an issue.
