The employee’s are teens and the manager is running mad but managers are in charge of hiring people that can work and want to work so it’s on her .
My cheese burger was cold bread was ridiculously hard when I took it back to the front to tell the manager she seemed more irritated that I complained about it
No words of apology or anything for that fact just an attitude of you know I’m busy with other things how dare I say my food is disgusting.
Won’t be coming back here anymore.

Put in a breakfast order nearly 30 minutes in advance, get to the window the old white lady with blue eyes was rude as hell saying they cant make it and she can either cancel it or get the manager, she wouldn’t give me a receipt saying it’s canceled and was overall just being mean. My husband went inside to try and get a receipt, waited at the counter to which no one came up to and all he heard was multiple of the workers loudly yelling and talking shit about many customers. I get its fast food but i worked service industry for years and years and I could never imagine being so hateful and distasteful. Do better.

JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN this place is the definition of UNDERSTAFFED they missed my order which I ordered 30 minutes ago fast food? naaaa how about slow food, which is a better name. If I could rename this restaurant I would rename it “McSlowanld’s”. Anyways, chicken was dry, bun was stale, guy giving my order smelled like cigs, only a few people running the restaurant, slow to react, everyone inside was up at the counter waiting for someone to give them their food, looked like a auction to receive the food they order last week, and they were rude.

Workers are really rude and have no customer service. They don’t fill drinks or fries up. About 98% of the time I’m stuck going to this location the fries are old and the burgers have been very disgusting. I ordered from here and I got very sick. It’s only happened at this location not any other ones. I wish I could give them zero stars because they are not even worth one.

Not sure why this location is literally never capable of making frappes. It’s very irritating because if you use your points to buy it they’ll refund your money but they won’t refund points… which you spent money to get… so basically you get stolen from if you buy things from this McDonald’s. Can’t even a test to the food honestly I always have to cancel my order and go to a different McDonald’s anyway because this is the only McDonald’s incapable of making a frappe.
This time I was here at 8:30 sometimes I think it’s because it’s too late but again I get at 1 am at other McDonald’s. Lol I don’t know I feel like y’all lose a lot of travel, because I always have to go out of my way to a different McDonald’s anyway. I’m going to just stop trying this one. There’s no way of knowing until you pay for it and then they take your points…

Lately every time I’ve gone here since Kendra left. This McDonald’s went down hill, the workers are rude, long wait times even if you order ahead. There’s been a couple time where they messed up my order and frankly, either the owners or corporate needs to do something about the staff there. It was a lot better back then.

I went in to eat but used the restroom first and just from going into the restroom I just left afterwards didn’t even get food. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet was gross. You can tell it hasn’t cleaned in a very long time

Place sucks, can’t ever get orders right, I had a code and it says that they redeemed it but then they didn’t take it because they said it was “already redeemed” which was them.. and then the person on the intercom was very rude and doesn’t know customer service. This place really needs to try to hire decent people
