So I wanted to add this so I had it for document. I just went to McDonald’s early 11 o’clock this morning on July 8 with my daughter and I. I had a 10 piece nuggets and as I was eating it, I noticed two curly hairs under the Nuggets. I am sick to my stomach. I have never had anything like this happen before. I just really hope that it is head hair.

Well first off the lady wouldn’t tell me what’s actually on the fries, I asked it maybe it could have been the good stuff yk the Colombian stuff. She was very rude about it, McDonald’s maybe be nicer and I would actually spend money. The fries were nasty and frozen, at least they could have been heated up. My kid was screaming and crying the whole way home bc his fries were FROZEN.

This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s in Fort Smith. Nearly every time we visit, we either have missing items or one of the food items tastes terrible. I got a McChicken yesterday, and it tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while .

I placed an order this morning at around 4:30 AM on the app And upon getting two the location, they told me when I got to the window that my order absolutely could not be made because they were serving breakfast. The menu on the screen showed that they were the serving day time menu and the app said that they were not serving breakfast until 5 AM. I told them to refund my order and was told that it would “take a while” And that they could give me no proof that I would be receiving a refund. I went back through the drive-through and spoke with someone else and they said that they canceled it, but could also give me no proof of a refund. It was absolutely ridiculous that apparently every single bit of their advertised menu was allegedly wrong, I was able to place my order, drive all the way over there, and they magically can’t make my order. No one tried to contact me beforehand, and they couldn’t even give me a simple refund receipt. Ridiculous!!

WORST fast food experience in a long time, so much so that I look forward to writing a long COMPLAINT.
Took four rings to get service people to answer this question, followed by a service person who had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him for prices on a burger and at first couldn’t answer the question, then quoted me $6 (but couldn’t give an exact price), and when I did asked him for an exact price couldn’t even take the time to look it up.
Bad service equals bad reviews! Please do better for the next customer! If McDonalds headquarters is reading this, please know Ill be taking my business elsewhere because of this location.

This location is probably my favorite in FS, and as I’ve probably said in other reviews, were lucky to have only good to great options here, imo. The staff at this location are SO FRIENDLY, fast, and helpful. The food is fresh, hot, and they handle customization really well and accurately. The inside is always clean, even when they are busy. 10/10 happy customer 🙂
