I love McDonald’s for a quick Keto meal at a very affordable price. Two quarter pounder patties and a large Diet Coke for under five bucks. This location did great, cashier rang items up Á la carte and beef patties were served in a plastic container with cutlery and napkins. Quick drive thru service. I had a pleasant experience at this McDonald’s.

The rudest night shift in fort smith. Serves raw burgers with no care about food safety. Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all. Will also be reporting to corporate about this crew and their food quality.

The burger looks like it was made by someone who hates their job. Made sure all food was in bag before leaving premises, and surprisingly it was. That was great. Get home and start to unwrap things and the presentation as well as quality of the food was awful. Mind you they asked us to pull to the rail and we waited about 7 minutes before getting our food. The manager offered to have the food remade fresh we just had to take the 10 minute drive back to have it done. At that point it’s 9 and my kids have already started eating the food so we just accepted the loss. Spent over $20 just for cold, thrown together food. Shame on yall.

The guy at the drive-thru said my meal would have Monopoly pieces — it didn’t. The lady at window two just shrugged. If you’re out, fine, but don’t upsell and mislead people. Took the fun out of it for my kids. Very disappointed.

If I could rate this train wreck of a store a 0 I would. But I can’t so it is what it is. Everytime I go here they always mess up the order this time was more unforgivable then the last times I’ve had issues. See attached photos do not eat here late during the evening or after a long shift at work it’s a disappointment. Messed up my burgers so bad they had to double wrap them.

The food was hot and accurate. The service was professional. The lobby was rather unkempt. The employees seemed to be happy, with all the bantering and giggles happening in the back. Maybe a little more pride in the appearance of the lobby, bathroom, and some of the outside areas.

Have had so many orders done wrong and calling again today to ask about why my food is always wrong and or nasty and if I should just go somewhere else and the manager said “I can tell my general manager about it, but if it’s a reccuring thing then yes you should just go somewhere else”. So I said oh okay thanks and hung up so this McDonald’s needs new management because they do nothing and fix nothing and the service is very unprofessional and food is disgusting so follow my advice and the store manager advice and save yourself the trouble and go somewhere, anywhere else.

I’ll give it higher once the New people are trained longer. Twice now when I order they got it wrong. When someone says a large meal they mean both fries and drink large, not just drink. When someone uses a app code for $1 any size fry that means the fry is separate period, not I ordered this meal let’s put the deal in the meal, it’s whatever meal you ordered and then SEPARATELY the $1 fry.
