we had to throw away the rest of the food. The food at this McDonald’s is terrible and disgusting. It’s the most disgusting thing he’s ever eaten before. I’m very angry, I hope they give me my money back! because it was disrespectful. We couldn’t turn back because we were passing through, traveling and we couldn’t go back. I’ll call it the Bad Donalds. because the quality has decreased. I requested freshly made fries and nuggets and the nuggets were stiff! stiff as a stone and cold! . The potatoes full of oil, refried and cold, very disgusting and still raw. the hamburger bun burnt! and unpleasant tomato. and they did not place the pickles that I had requested. I hope they can give me my money back! because it’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten at this restaurant before. The very bad work team took a while to give us that refried food that was cold and stiff as a stone and it took us inside the establishment for 17 minutes . Desagradable! If you are hungry and want McDonalds when passing Clarksville, Arkansas, keep going!!! It took 23 minutes for me to recieve a McDouble meal!! I didn’t have special instructions! 23 minutes! After 10 minutes, I sent my husband to get gas bc it was still in process. He got back before I got my Luke warm fries and burger that had been sitting there a HOT minute so it was cold. Keep moving. Trust me. It was a mess!! Eat, drink and be awesome!!!

Service was very poor, 5 people standing at the counter and none of 3 expo workers could turn around to attend customers. I witnessed 2 patrons walk behind the counter to get their own drinks. Multiple back to back orders did not have the correct items for their orders. Multiple items had to be remade as they were not up to the McDonald’s quality. Multiple employees are standing on their phones while customers are waiting. There was a large amount of dried urine present on the walls of the men’s restroom signifying these restrooms are not routinely cleaned. An employee did apologize for all these issues, but that does not excuse the presence of these issues. I would avoid this McDonalds at all cost. McFlurry Machine down.

Imagine an autistic 6 year old being so excited to order his own food, just for him to only get the words “biscuit and gravy” out before you rudely say “no.” And dismiss him (No other explanation) til dad leans forward and has to ask for an explanation! Just for you to again rudely say “don’t have that”) Then you’re rude toned and slam the tray down on the table. It’s a job for you, bad days happen, but to take out your frustration on a 6 year old? Pitiful.

I ordered through the app and even told the app that I was already here. I think this store uses their extra windows as a excuse to take longer with peoples food because there shouldn’t be no reason why this store has enough people to make and cook food yet we all have to sit part somewhere when ordering. The app is to make it quick and have it ready at that time. Not to place the order and still have to wait for your food when you ordered it prior to as I’m sitting in there I have had three people get their orders before me. Makes me late for work, so I do not get to enjoy my food for lunch . Then the food is sloppy they put way too much condiments on the burgers and then give it to you in a mess. The ladies at the window are rude with an attitude, and I had to yell at the intercom three times before they answered me back, and I was the only person in line. There is a second window is more of a storage area and I think it’s nasty that I have to watch them pick up buckets of fluids or watch them stack up things food pick up window and they’re doing dirty things there but then you hand me my food up that same window I think that is disgusting

slowest mcdonald’s ever just waited 20 mins in a drive thru for an order i already payed for on the app, they don’t know how to park anyone or pull them to the window their excuse was shortstaffed which just makes the managers and owners look bad. go anywhere else fries are almost always cold or taken out of the fryer too fast
