Firstly our order got messed up twice, she had to keep on correcting our order that got wrong on the screen. Then when we checked our bag one of the burgers we ordered was the wrong burger. Had to go wait in parking lot for order to be corrected again. Then when we got home, the spicy wrap that has a sticker on it that it was double checked for accuracy was just chicken strip in a wrap. No sauce or garnish. Not very impressed with our visit to this MacDonald’s location.

Ordered a large drink, handed a medium, when I asked about it, she said these are the larges for tea…… I said ok….. burger was covered in onions, bun and everything. Happy meal box wasn’t even closed, yeah I won’t be there again. Once again McDonald employees showed us why Robots should have their job.

The main person who does the payments is seriously grossing me out… I’m not trying to be rude but I do tap to pay to avoid any contact with personal items which I get that we are getting food from there but everyone else besides this one big girl does it right, they grab the thing and bring it to the window to do tap to pay but this chick grabs my phone every single time despite me asking her nicely to go it how the other workers do it, I don’t know where her hands have been nor do I know if she washes her hands daily..

This is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. Very clean the employees are always very polite. The dinning and restrooms are always kept clean. My food has always been hot and fresh. I only gave 4 stars because, the dinning area is still not available to be used. And it’s just to hot to set in the truck to eat. But other then that I was very impressed with how they operate.

If I could give negative stars I would. Really disappointing experience (for the 2nd time) at this McDonald’s. Both sides of the self-order kiosk were out of paper, so we had no printed receipt with our order number and didn’t know when our food was ready. When our order finally came out, it was wrong, and the employees seemed indifferent.
While we were eating, three different people came in from the drive-thru because their orders were also wrong, and even a CHILD brought in a Happy Meal that was made incorrectly. It is clear this location was having serious issues with accuracy AND customer service.
I hope management takes the time to retrain staff on maintenance of equipment and meal preparation because this visit was extremely disappointing.

One of the best McDonalds in town, the overnight manager was supper friendly and paid attention to detail; my order was hot and fresh, I was told there would be a wait of no more then 3 minutes for fresh everything and they delivered! will be coming by again!

I’ve been here multiple times and literally have never once been impressed with the service. They constantly make you wait 20+ minutes for food and most of the time the workers are rude. I went again recently and my 20+ dollar order had over half of it missing. My recommendation is to not come to this establishment because they don’t care about you.

Absolutely atrocious! They should be ashamed to serve such nasty food. I don’t care where you work. If you’re cooking, you should have some kind of pride in your food. These were burnt crispy, and the fries were disgusting! Good thing I never go to Russellville and to the community, im so sorry this is your only option for McDonald’s!
