We came in and were ignored for at least 4 minutes by a skinny guys whose curly hair doesnt fit in his hat. And a taller BIG guy. Seen us and did nothing. No notice to anyone the big guy stood there and stared at us making my little girl move outta his sight.
I’ll definitely go to another McDonald’s before ever stopping here again.
I have to mention it took literally 10 minutes to get our order.

Terrible experience I’ve never had a problem since I’ve been gone here since I moved up here a year ago until tonight I don’t know if they hired new people or not for night shift but they don’t need to be working at the drive-through. It wasn’t the person collecting payments. It was the second drive-through window. It was a tall kid with a beard and glasses. He tried handing me a dark soda and I told him it wasn’t mine and then he asked what I had and I said a orange height C he was like that’s it and I said and with some food which it tells them what you order, I don’t know why they didn’t know what we had. So when I go to tell him what my food order was all I got to tell him was that I had a 10 piece nugget and he Walked away I didn’t even get to tell him everything that I had. This was After already waiting a long time in the line granite yes I know they were busy so I wasn’t mad until got my food.. I looked in my bag. I had a large fry 10 piece nuggets and no other sandwich I ordered.. I ordered my stuff from the app which it comes with a medium fry, a medium drink and a 10 piece nugget so I wasn’t complaining that I got the wrong size fries complaining because I didn’t get my sandwich that I paid for so I had to go back through the drive-through, which was already super long when I got back in the line again and I had to wait The girl at the first window was very kind. Sure, they’ve been dealing with rude customers all night.. I get to the second window and there was a different kid there and asked did I have chicken tenders I said no I’m missing a double cheeseburger plain. I get home and I eat my sandwich separately so I always start with the bottle of the sandwich and my sandwich wasn’t even a plain sandwich. It looks like they try to wipe off all the condiments.‼️‼️ I tried to call out there and nobody wanted to answer the phone.

Ordered a 20 PC mcnuggets, asked for a lot of picante salsa. These jokers gave me three packets. Asked for more, just got told “They’re at the bottom of the bag.” THANKS, THAT SOLVES THR ISSUE OF WANTING MORE SO MUCH. If y’all weren’t one of like three options available when I get off work, I’d quit you for good.

I visited the Robinson location in Springdale, Arkansas, on January 4th at around 11:50 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:37 PM, and despite being the second car in line, I wasn’t attended to until 11:50 PM. During that time, the staff didn’t take orders from the cars in front of me either. When my order was finally taken, the cashier quickly grabbed my card, returned it, and then closed the window without giving me a receipt. Despite my attempts to get their attention and request it, I was ignored. The staff then walked away and chatted with a coworker. Eventually, when I reached the next window, the attendant was friendly, but my initial experience was disappointing. I also tried calling the location afterward, but no one answered. Overall, the service was very frustrating and rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would, each time I come here its a either a fight with management about something, a 30+ minute wait for my order, or I get the wrong items. Not to mention does this team not know what a salt shaker is? The fries are never salted and every one who works here makes it known they hate their jobs.

Edit… another order with extra salt fries and no salt. DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT A SALT SHAKER IS?!?!?

DISRESPECTFUL AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. Nobody seems to care about the drive thru line because I’ve sat there for 30 mins straight waiting for my order to be taken and they don’t say anything. No “one second please” or “we’re a little behind” no none of that. This happens every time I go there. When I call to complain nobody answers the phone and I waited for 10 mins on the phone before they finally told me on the intercom they could take my order. Finally, my fries weren’t even fresh. Waiting for that long I could at least be waiting for fresh food but no. Worst McDonald’s by far.

Been waiting inside for over 20 minutes and they haven’t even started my order. Meanwhile 20 people have been passed through the drive through. Service inside the restaurant is terrible. Now I know to do drive through only.

The fries and drinks came out very late. The buns on the burgers were hard like they had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. The workers seemed overwhelmed but they were very friendly. I think they need more help.

Took over an hour just to be given cold fries, flat and gross tasting sodas and to open my burger and find a price cut out of it. All I wanted was a burger, fries and a crispy Diet Coke. Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Shame on you.
