I visited this McDonald’s and was shocked to find a cockroach in my drink. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning until the store addresses its cleanliness and food safety standards.

Went through the drive thru around eight an ordered some fries they forgot a basket of fries and had the nerve to act like someone was trying to take fries for free I told them to check the camera and they immediately made that basket of fries but the girl had the nerves to say they should of lick them she only said that cuz she was in the window and not outside cuz that little girl would of definitely have her self-esteem out down get better people working at the drive thru not kids playing around with people’s food that’s a health complaint to the the health inspector

If I had negative stars they would be used, this location is on my drive to work and so I’ve had the chance to stop a few times and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement! Does not seem to matter the time of day service is always terrible and the food is never fresh!

Every time we come around 11-11:30 they always say that they only are serving drinks. We asked why and they say that they are (and I quote) “having difficulties with their grill” and then we asked for Hot Cocoa or coffee and they said “the machine is down”. At this point why have a fast food place open if it’s just going to be a drink shack? I can go to the gas station for that. Stop closing down your stations early just because you want to go home. This is NOT accurate to your closing times. Just say you close at 11 at this point.

Called to ask if they had monopoly prize stickers and was told yes, we even asked the person in drive thru and they said yes. Got the food and nothing had the monopoly stuff on it. We even checked to see if our items matched what’s eligible and they were. We called and spoke with a manager and she denied everything. We even have pictures of the food and receipt. Told us there was nothing we can do. We also requested one sandwich to not have bacon on it, the receipt and sticker on the box says no bacon but we got bacon on it. My team member has religious regulations against eating pork causing him not to be able to eat it, contaminating it. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Went through there at 9:40pm got 2 $5 meal deals when trying to get Dr Pepper to drink they said they were out of Dr Pepper most likely cause they just didn’t wanna change it. When getting home at 10pm I realized they forgot both of the 4pc chicken nuggets that go with the meal but made sure to put the sauce in the bag… the fries have had to been sitting for over 30 minutes to be as cold and nasty as they were. We decided to call up to the store to see if we can get things fixed and they said they were closed for the night???? I thought they were supposed to be open 24/7 why r they saying they are closed at roughly 10:05 pm???? Terrible experience.

I went up to order and I ordered a quarter pounder with fries no drink and the worker told me I am required to get a drink. So when I asked for water he said he can’t do that and I have to get a fountain drink. Im just shocked because why do I have to get a drink and why can’t it be healthy…. Then he said “well it’s a hassle of me but I can remove everything and just do the #2 and fries” it was only that so I don’t understand how it’s a huge hassle. Then I went up to get my food and the workers are VERY unprofessional and asked what I had but called me lady. I’ve also been waiting in the mobile pickup (because they didn’t have it ready on time) for 20 minutes. I HATE being a Karen but yall… im just so confused cause I’ve worked in fast food and they are just extremely unprofessional and I could literally see people picking their nose so that wasn’t great… sorry for being a Karen but I just hated this experience

One of the lady that works there was rude and was complaining about bringing orders that are already paid for in front of my kids. She should find another job that fits her attitude. And let others take over her job. Took 30 minutes to bring our orders. My kids McFlurrys was melted when she gave them.
