This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. The tea is weak, you ask for easy ice and they fill it up, the french fries is only half full in the container, and they’re always missing stuff in the drive-thru. Inside dining they don’t take care of it. I’m not going back to this location.

Myself and a friend went through the drive thru. Summer was so sweet and nice! She single handedly turned McDonald’s into a destination!! When you go there ask for a Summer!! Thank you McDonald’s! You train your staff well!!

We had breakfast around 10. The tables were mostly dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from the previous day. No napkins in either dispenser, but there was a roll of paper towels. The front counter had dried rings from drinks and hair stuck on the sticky counters. We waited for several minutes for a drink refill. As we were waiting, there were 3 employees that were passing some kind of food around taking bites as they were also packing up food for the orders. There were people at 2 other tables. One lady was using hand sanitizer and paper towels to clean their table. The drive thru appeared busy. This was the nastiest restaurant we’ve ever been to.

Brought my grandchildren on Sunday 11/10/24 at 10 a.m.for breakfast and to play in the children’s area. The building was filthy, not just we’ve been busy filthy but accumulated nastiness. The play area and equipment were the dirtiest. I asked to visit with the manager and was told he “can’t help it if kids come behind after they’ve mopped.” This equipment hasn’t been “mopped” this year, there is no way this much black filth accumulated during a normal course of business. I just tried to order at the drive thru. The girl came on, started to take my order and then asked if I could wait minute. A little time goes by, a car pulls up in the second lane, and the girl takes their order and they go on to get their food, another car drives up, same thing. Meanwhile, I am still sitting there with no one taking my order. So I go in and ask the young kid wearing a supervisor shirt about it and he was completely clueless. He could not wrap his head around the idea the this drive thru moron forgot me and took the orders of others while I sat there waiting. I never got any food, nor an apology. Do better Siloam McDonalds.

Brought the kids here at their request. The food was typical McDonald’s food. We ordered on the kiosk and it was brought out to us. Staff was friendly enough during the minimal interaction. But the dining room was SO DIRTY. There were no other customers inside when we arrived, yet Every table top surface was dirty. Trash and crumbs on the floors. Every window had hand prints on it.

This McDonald’s is the closest one that our kiddos can play at which is amazing BUT this McDonald’s is ALWAYS filthy. I mean everytime I come here the floors are sticky and gross. Makes you question how clean the kitchen is

I walked in and there was a customer complaining about them not mixing the coffe right. Didn’t think much of it, ordered, and waited quite some time considering I was the only other customer inside. I asked for a water cup, but apparently they charge for it now. Had to wait for them to figure out how to check me out for that, and then when the girl handed it to me from the kitchen- her finger nails were full of grime, of course not wearing gloves. Kind of gross. Got my food, started walking out and saw one of the drive through cars pull up to the curb and get out complaining that they forgot something in their order. Got in my car, opened the first Mc chicken, and the mayo was on top of the sand icy and all over the wrapper. Couldn’t even eat it without getting all over my hands. The cheeseburger had the cheese 3/4 of the way out. This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Quality of food I expect to be pretty low, but how can the workers mess up simple orders so bad!! Very disappointing. I would never come back to this location.

It seems like it might have been good meal, and a decent place to eat but I’ll never know. I waited a good while for help, and when a worker walked right past I decided to leave. No thank you. I don’t eat McDonalds much anyway.
