I waited for them to cook my quarter pounder for like 6 minutes or longer. Tell me why it’s still completely raw and cold throughout I just moved down here and been to this McDonalds twice now and it has sucked both times. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a better one than go to this one. That’s a huge waste of $10. The fries were cold too because I had to wait for the burger. Only thing they didn’t mess up was my drink.

Definitely a hit or miss kind of McDonald’s. I’ve had my orders quick and correct, but also slow and incorrect. Seems like they either need more employees or better employees, but they are always kind. The place is also very busy and I just think they haven’t learned to properly mange the volume of food being ordered.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, they always put me in these stupid drive-through reserve spots. My food is cold and they try to pawn it off as to the orders just take too long to get out. If they would quit trying to keep their average timing down, maybe they should drop some fries when people come onto the lot instead of after they take orders

If they ask you pull into a stall don’t. you will be left out there for the next 20 minutes.
I had to call the store to even remind them I was waiting as I was watching car after car go through the drive thru.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life. I wanted a quick treat after my volleyball game. Nuggets and an iced coffee. But that was just too much for them. There were like 8 door dasher guys in there, and they were getting priority over customers in the store. but here’s the thing: they weren’t getting food either. Literally the most incompetent service I’ve ever experienced. My friend was in the drive thru. She got her food before me, but still took forever. She ordered nuggets and fries. Well after 31 minutes I got my food. But I think my iced coffee was sitting there the for the entirety of those 31 minutes. When I received it, the drink was room temperature and the ice had all melted. I didn’t notice because I booked it out of there. Well, I took a sip when I first sat down and noticed it spilled on me, but silly me thought it was overfilled to make up for the exorbitant Silly me thought I was getting good service. No. It was spilling out from the top because all of the ice melted. It was the most watered down drink I’ve ever drank. Taste: 0/10. Warm and diluted. How refreshing after a long day!

Every time I go through the drive thru the food is never ready and I’m asked to pull forward. Doesn’t matter if I order through the drive thru or the mobile app. It doesn’t matter what I order either. No matter how big or small the order is, it’s always “please pull forward” and I wait another 15-20 minutes for them to bring out the food.
They typically forget to bring out some of the items I’ve ordered too.

Slowest McDonalds ever. I come here about 2-3 times a month and they are always incredibly slow. I’ve done drive thru, inside kiosk, dine in, pickup, on the app, etc. Always. So. Slow.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD’S I HAVE EVER EVER BEEN TO. It takes ages for a simple order to be brought out and when it finally shows up (cold) they usually forget the drinks (has happened 4 times in the last year) ao cue another several minute wait. We love closer to this one but from now on will drive the extra to the location on airport Blvd because service is so much better, accurate, and timely than this location could ever be. This has been our experience for going on 2 years
