Great food. Hot and fresh. Very, very nice staff. They were so kind to us. Lean restaurant, but the floor in front of the soda fountains was extremely sticky. Like someone had poured soda on it and let it dry. Otherwise, a great experience! We’ll be back.

We used the drive thru. The employee was easy to understand thru the speaker.
The food was ready fast, but extra time was needed for our coffees. We were asked to pull up to the second window to wait, where the coffees ended up being given.

Well since customer service always wants to waste my time with pictures & receipts I’ll come here.
I barely used this place until recently as I have a toddler. However in the last 2 months I’ve used them I have received burnt but ice cold food, ice cold burgers that were so rock hard even the dog wouldn’t or couldn’t eat it, and just yesterday I spent $12 on a Grinch meal only to have the whole bottom of the cheaply made box fall out and the food go all over the ground on my way from the car to the house(didn’t think to take a picture!)
I also agree that parking is ridiculous, I could understand the handicap parking but WAAAY too many for mobile orders when that’s what I do and I either go thru dt or inside.
I will say that the service and friendliness of the employees is at least a 4 star but because of the horrible non edible food and waste of money 1 star is being nice!
Customer service has me email tons of info just to send me an automated response (plz see photo)

Did a mobile order today for lunch. Waited almost 20 mins for 2 bacon mcdoubles and a happy meal. Luckily they didn’t mess her food up. Drove all the way back to clarkridge. To find out that my no pickles bacon mcdoubles, both had pickles. It’s kinda sad that they pay 13 to $14 a hour. And they still cannot get a order right, nor do they answer the phone when you call.

We use this location if we want McDonald’s. They’ve never screwed up a order, which is rare. The staff is friendly & they pay attention as you order that’s why they “Don’t screw up your order!” The atmosphere, well I can only say it’s a McDonalds.

Kids love the play place! It’s always clean, friendly staff. Some times there’s a wait but the friendly serive makes up for the wait! Just like everywhere there’s mess ups, but staff is always happy to fix and replace on spot! Inside closes at 11pm and drive thru open 24hrs! Conveniently located by the MTN Home ByPass so if your heading on a trip stop get and go! Also table service and Kisoks (faster)or front register friendly help staff available as well! What a PLUS this is the only local McDonalds to have Chocolate ice cream!

Sometimes when I go in its quick. Sometimes it’s like I’m sitting at a 2 star sit down restaurant. Most of the time the food comes out sloppy and very few times I’ve ordered the food come out neatly set up. And I can order 3 times in one day and the food never tastes the same.
