I made a simple order for a fish fillet combo ended up with just the sandwich instead of the drink and fries and the extras that I asked for were not added to the sandwich. I was told I had to go all the way back around again just to get it made into a combo. I’ve worked in fast food it’s not that hard to take an order. How do you not know it’s a condo especially when I told you that I wanted a coke with it. The gentleman at the second window could have fixed it instead he was very hateful. It would also been nice to have some napkins in my bag with my sandwich. I guess that was asking for too much as well.

No accessible condiments, napkins or drink station. No trays. All orders are bagged. Had to wait about 5 minutes before order was taken. Staff didn’t seem very friendly. I used to be a manager at McDonald’s and my customers didn’t have to wait, nor did I yell at my crew in front of customers.

What about joke. McDonald’s system of taking orders and just parking you around the parking lot in no particular order to wait on your food has got to be the stupidest way of doing things. Parked us in the oncoming lane where cars are trying to come in and also parking in the Businesses parking lot next door making getting around everyone a joke. If inwas that. Buisness i would tell McDonald’s to respect properties and park people on mcdonalds property. We ordered thru app. At 10:10am. Still waited on 30 minutes for our food. My girlfriend had to walk in to see what’s going on becuase the 2 cars behind us got served before us. Again this place is a joke. I wrote this review, and still girlfriend is not back with our order and I just saw the guy behind me walk his order back in because it was wrong. 10:51 and girlfriend still not out with our order.

Food is usually wrong. Staff very reluctant to help with changes and rude while doing so. I have never gotten an order correct the first time in the many times eating here always some kind of chaos going on in the back. every time I eat there, I instantly regretted forgetting the last experience

As you can see, I ordered a deluxe McCrispy and got a double quarter pounder instead. Took about 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through with only 4 vehicles in line. Once I got my food, I pulled forward not realizing they forgot to give me my drink so I pulled back around and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes with 1 other order ahead of me. I wasn’t in any rush so waiting didn’t bother me but it’s the premise that a fast food restaurant was not fast whatsoever. When I pulled up to get my drink, the worker handed it to me and didn’t acknowledge anything nor apologize for the mistake. While waiting at the window the first go around it appeared that the staff was a bunch of high school kids moping around not caring or in a hurry to get the orders done. You’d think after waiting so they’d at least get the order right. I’ve had this McDonald’s before a few times and haven’t had an experience like this so hopefully it was just an anomaly. (After reading other reviews as of late it doesn’t appear that way).

All I wanted was a burger without ketchup.Order two different times with hours from each other and both times handed with the burger with ketchup. I would understand if it was busy, but I was the only person in the drive through at the time. And it was just no sauce, that simply.

Took an hour for us to get our order. Everyone in there had been waiting an hour. Manager would not come talk to us and resolve the issue. A guy in the back sweating profusely, wiping the sweat off his brow with his bare hands and then handling all our food. Asked for him to please stop, he wouldn’t acknowledge us. Asked again for the manager over that and she wouldn’t come up front.

Really liked the room (and seeing my name on the welcome screen on the TV). This hotel is only over 1 year old (as of review) and everything is done well and the staff are friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the tub seemed backed up and wouldn’t drain properly. Probably a one off and would visit again.
