Stopped by this restaurant for lunch and left disappointed. I used the app to order and made some customizations to my order. I received it and my customizations were not done correctly and unfortunately I could not eat my food and by the time I found out, I was too far away to turn back. Typical McDonald’s really, I would choose something else if I could.

Service is a bit slow at this location compared to other McDonald’s in the state.
Asked for coffee and was told they would have to check in the drive thru.
They.never checked and I didn’t get coffee I needed 6 large coffees this visit. I ended up going to the gas station for coffees ! That’s the reason for one star service.

When going through drive threw they tend to always forget something from order but they are pretty good about writing what they forget in the books for you so you can get it free the next time you go

The food is good but I’ve had past issues with the service. I’ve had items missing or made wrong plenty of times but they are always quick to fix their mistakes. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. Basically just double check your order before you leave.

Order online, went to pick up said order. To where waited in drive thru for two minutes for someone to answer/talk on speaker. Then up to the window for receipt, an on up to pick up window spot. Now remind you line was completely empty. I was given drinks and asked to pull forward to next window. Just to wait another five minutes for food to come out, COLD…. Plus to where I had to go into restaurant, to finish getting my order that I ordered. Cause the full order wasn’t placed in bag. All to wait at counter cause no one would address me at counter. So I had to say excuse me, to get someone’s attention. Since playing phones is so much better than customer service! I get it there is a wait, but not that long of a wait. An it should be warm/hot at least, and not over cooked dry! Most definitely will not be going back to WR location at night time!
