Ordered delivery $50+. My autistic nephew (3 years old) was ordered a happy meal to which they only put FRIES IN (no chicken nuggets, apples, drink) VERY SAD MEAL, actually… NO DRINKS were brought that were paid for. No actual receipt was brought. No refund was given. Fries were soggy that were brought and she still hasn’t received any food that she was missing. Instead she got a fb message from the MANAGER name calling her for THEIR mistake. THIS IS LUDICROUS. Do not waste your money or the time you’ll spend waiting for nasty food or a shitty experience. I hope they get shut down or a new team of management. Save your money or spend it somewhere else. Food is too expensive and not worth eating and this isn’t something that someone should be getting harassed over.

I stopped at this McDonald’s for breakfast on the way to Memphis. It is a typical McDonald’s and they have the same menu you would find at other locations. I am not a fan of the food myself but it is convenient and quick and this trip was no different in that regard. The service was fast and got me on my way which was the point of the visit. Using the app garners you more deals.

McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food so that’s why it’s a 3. However BOTH of the women working the window yesterday were beyond hateful and rude!! I’ve been to many drive throughs and THIS was by far the WORST experience of human interaction I’ve experienced in ages in the fast food restaurant.

This genuinely has been the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever been through. I was just simply going for breakfast, ordered online in drive thru. I got there and the first window did perfectly, the second window had a regular crew member, manager(Karen) and some lady in a Red Shirt. Very rude to crew and it gave horrible vibes seeing her yell at the crew the way she did in front of customers. When I finally told the crew member my order, she tried giving me my doctor pepper which looked flat, she then looked over at red shirt and asked about the soda, she then yelled “give or sell it to them!” The lady looked and me and I said I didn’t want the Coca-Cola, and I want her name. She said very quietly “Jamie” and I couldn’t hear the last name. If I could get into contact with the owners would be helpful. Also will be talking to corporate and asking as many questions as possible. I shouldn’t have to go to these lengths over a simple soda. And to note when I received the soda I couldn’t drink it, it had no ice(I didn’t order no ice) and was not full at all. I also witnessed the employees acting startled when I asked for the red shirts name, unacceptable. They should not be afraid to give out their boss’s name and put them in the front lines when they mess up.

I wish there Tea was drinkable. Idk why food chains can server beverages from a pot that they don’t clean the spouts get nasty with mold an mildew an it s nasty . Or it’s so unbearablely sweet it’s undrinkable. If I have to pay 3 dollars for a drink we could be able to consume it to our liking.
