When we pulled into the driveway thru there was one male employee outside cursing. While waiting to be greeted, which took several minutes, another male employee came outside and began smoking marijuana. This was distinct by the smell. When greeted we weren’t asked about the mobile app and had a code for 20% off. We attempted to give this code and explained it was just for a reward but the male taking our order thought he was looking for a 20pc nugget. He took our order and the screen did not display the order so we couldn’t confirm accuracy. We pull up to the payment window and try to have him scan the code for the discount. He’s clearly not sure how to do it and walks away with my phone to ask for help. Comes back and “scans” it again but no discount comes off. We than go to the window for our food and get asked what our drinks were and when checking the bag realize we are missing a fry. Upon checking the receipt we were not accurately rung up. We were able to get our missing item however one item was incorrect. This visit was terrible and the employees are unprofessional. If they can’t function while high they should not smoke at work. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. It’s a shame because out of the two locations in Paragould this used to be the better one.

Visited this fast food spot for breakfast and left disappointed. I ordered via the app, my order was not large, and after arriving to the restaurant, it was not very busy but I was directed to wait in a spot. After waiting 10 minutes, my order was delivered except it was not my order. I took my order in and waited another 20 minutes to get my order cooked fresh and it still was not correct after that and the pies that I was given said they should have been eaten before 8:30 and it was 11:20. They gave me some free cookies so I guess that’s something.

One of the absolute worst places to go. The person behind the front counter was rude and messed up my order then argued with me because I informed her that she was ringing me up for something I didn’t want. I can see everything she rings up on the computer. She added stuff on there that I didn’t want anyways then mouthed off to the manager that she didn’t charge me for those things. The item was an extra of the large fries but when the fries are already almost $5.00 for large I didn’t want it besides that it’s not something I would have been able to eat two of at the time. The manager was also rude and instead of apologizing she got mad at me because I told her the cashier was ringing me up for things I didn’t want and she proceeded to tell me “It Was Just A Mistake” if it was just a mistake your employee wouldn’t have been arguing with me and wouldn’t have forced me to pay before you stepped in and changed it. There’s a difference between just a mistake and arguing. If you want a decent McDonald’s experience Do Not go to the one off of Rockingchair Road, go to the one by Walgreens trust me the drive is worth it.

Staff is usually friendly, food is great, huge jump in quality from a few years ago. The food is seasoned amazingly for fast food, especially the burgers. McDonald’s also has the best fries, but that’s already pretty well known lol i do very much miss when there was enough salt on the fries to taste it though

Until today, it has been several months since I last visited this location. I don’t like to cut off a location after a bad visit. I know that people have bad days. I get it. But in the 5+ years that I have been in Paragould (I commute for work), at this location, every single visit has been treacherous. I have only ever stopped here if the Pocahontas McDonald’s is too busy and I am really wanting McDonald’s. Well 4610 location, they’ve disappointed me once again. As always. I explicitly ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal with very, very, very (yes, I used “very” 3x while ordering) light sauce. I said “just a dab please.” Well see photo below. It was squirted all over the wrapper, it was pouring out of the sandwich and the bagel itself was hard and burnt on the inside. I understand it is fast food not fine dining, but it isn’t hard to do. Prior to my current office, I worked in management at two different McDonald’s locations. I know this process. I know it is not hard. It seems like there is a lack of training and comprehension amidst the entire staff. I will not return. I have given this location more than a fair amount of chances to redeem themselves. It should be completely re-trained or shut down. I do not see how they have any repeat business unless it is someone who orders water. One would assume they would not be able to mess that up.

The best crew ever was working last night and no they didn’t tell me to say this. We go through there like 4 times a week for my autistic son that loves it. When this group is together we always get the right food and pretty quickly.

If you ask for mayo on your burger instead of ketchup and mustard be prepared for about 1/3 cup of mayo. I shouldn’t have to use the nasty hard as a stick french fries to scrape the plethora of mayonnaise off the sandwich nor should I have to endure mayo running down onto my hand if I missed a glob. Condiments are supposed to accent the food; there shouldn’t be more mayo than meat. The fries are usually not good, the burgers are often nearly burnt and you can count on having to pull forward to the next pickup window even if there’s not anyone in line behind you.
