Manager was rude and will not honor the app coupon code even when it says they received it. I showed them what the app says. Tried to get me to take a drink I didn’t order but charged me for it. I come to the store and others as well, very often. Every couple of days for my autistic son. Spending $30 at least at a time. I will not be going back here ever again.

Every morning, for a few months now, I have gone to get my favorite Large caramel iced coffee. One occasion there was some difficulty with the machine, but that didn’t stop morning shift! They replaced my normal order with something they thought I would enjoy just as much, and I DID! Doing my normal order this morning, they have always greeted me with smiles and comfort. Its McDonald’s, so I don’t have high hopes. But red wolf location is the worst in Jonesboro. It’s next to my job so I try to give chances. several managers are a joke. Place a mobile order just to wait in line 45 minutes then get told your food is either not made or been sitting cold the entire time. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and if you were going to use the mobile app to place an order 20 minutes prior to breakfast ending, please do not expect them to make it for you! always getting someone else’s order. This is such a minor example, but it’s always something every time.

Hello , Everytime I come on night shift I have a problem with my food . The DoorDash orders and orders around 2 or 3 in the evening the food is perfect . But the night shift needs to care a little bit more.Please care more about your store because a lot of people love McDonald’s and I know I’m not the only one having this problem . For how long yall take the stood still is cold. I ordered the $5 meal with the double cheeseburger but I paid for an additional meat and cheese on the burger and it was not on there. Food should be cold especially when you’re waiting 10+ minutes.

Can you people not read??? Everytime I visit this location the order is incorrect and takes far too long to receive! There was no other car in the drive thru and I placed the order on the mobile app so there was plenty of time to get it ready! Learn to read and do your job! Went through drive through and got a quarter pounder with cheese combo med size. Got back to the office only thing on the burger was a little ketchup and pickles. No cheese no onions?? Not pleased.

Messed up the burger, had them remake it, told them 3 times what to put on it, got home and seen they had messed it up AGAIN. The nuggets were super hard so probably old, the fries were a mix of hard and soggy plus they barely filled the box up halfway. They never picked up the phone so that I could fix everything and I couldn’t go inside because doors are locked. The line was extremely long from them being slow and I wasn’t waiting another 45 mins with 2 upset little ones in the back.
