Went to Ordered a quarter pounder, strawberry shake with fries and a mcrib From the both . I did not get a receipt from the both so asked the heavy set white lady in the Grey shirt If my order went thru was given attitude for just asking A question. She was also disrespectful towards her own staff for just asking a simple question.. Then when I got my food she gave it to me on a plate i notified her That it was to go and she said oh my god rolled her eyes and walked away and started to help other costumers. I had to ask for my own bag and still give an attitude for that. This staff member was extremely disrespectful.. if u look at paper I got with my food it says take out

Did a mobile order pulled up to the first window. I wanted my receipt and I always get it from thr first window. They kept being rude and said why dont you pull forward and ignored me asking for my receipt I proceeded to pull forward and asked for my receipt at the next window. They told me to pull forward where I waited 10 minutes and proceeded to say they cant find my mobile order which doesnt make sense because I just picked it up. Shouldn’t be this big of a hassle to give a receipt out ive never had a issue getting it.

Possibly the rudest drive thru experience. The only worker that really spoke was in the 1st windows but that was only to say the price. Then handed back my card and receipt. Second windows lady shoved our drinks at us no straws. Then shoved both happy meals at the same time and stated go to the next windows. Sat there a few minutes then some man came and shoved our food out the windows and abruptly turned away. Not a single person said have a nice day. Made sure it was the correct food. Nothing. !

They advertise 24 hours on Google went thru drive thruand sat for 5 minutes. Drive thru lane was open, lights were on. No response. Pulled up to the window, a staff member kept pointing to me looked then looked away. The night manager the button down shirt looks me dead in the eye no motion or comment to say theyre not taking orders just a dirty look as if I should no better than bother them. Ok then close. But dont let people waste time in the middle of the night thinking they’ll get service because you lie that you’re open to the public 24 hours. Between 3 and 4 am Sat. Aug. 30th. Rude. Burger King and Sonic have 10 times the courtesy and customer care. Night manager needs trained properly. And stop telling me to go online. You have to have a receipt to lodge a complaint. I couldn’t even get service, so tell me how I lodge a complaint?! I had to call corporate which takes more time. So basically the customer has to either suck it up. Or waste all there time wanting poor service corrected. Maybe try actually caring how you treat others.

So, what’s the point in even being open overnight if you only take mobile orders or DoorDash orders? Most people who order DoorDash overnight typically order from iHop or one of the other McDonalds. Stop making people sit at the speaker only to place their orders on the app. Don’t be lazy.

Also, we know that the card readers don’t go down all night and only on overnights, so call a spade a spade: memorizing prices and only taking cash makes theft a lot easier. Especially when there’s only 2 people who access the drawer. Maybe the owner needs to pull the transaction count (TC) and car count from overnights because I’d put money on there being a HUGE difference (no pun intended). Lastly, a GOOD overnight team, including the manager, doesn’t have to shut the store completely down for changeover for an hour or longer. Maybe 15-20 minutes MAX. Then again, when managers are constantly moved around from store to store, fired or quit as much as it seems to happen here, then there’s no way they can even consider themselves an actual team or crew because they don’t have time to adjust to each individuals work habits and routines, so maybe they do actually need that long. SMH! Just call me and I’ll tell you how to fix it. I don’t mind! Lol

Stopped going to the one on Red Wolf Blvd because the managers are rude and they steal your money (in various ways). It looks like I’m going to just have to find somewhere else entirely now because this location a) never gets your order right, and b) gives you half of whatever they may get right, like a $4 large McFrappe! And please, someone explain to me what makes this Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese worth $8?!? 1 1/2 slices of bacon??? Don’t even call that 3 slices, McDonalds, because everybody knows it’s just one slice torn in half!

Btw, at least have your employees follow the dress code. Long fake PAINTED nails is absolutely not that. Nor are they in line with health department regulations!! I can hear it now! “Customer Irate When (he or she) Finds French Tip In Fries”.

Didn’t listen to my order. Screen was correct . No napkins no sauce Asked for. No salt added for fries. Fries were old And rubbery couldn’t even eat them. I was so craving McDonald’s French fries . Come on what’s going on here?

The workers were fine. We just asked for both of our dbl bbq bacon qpc to be made a certain way, and they rather gave us the wrong order or just didn’t care how we wanted our food to be made. My husband asked for extra onions and got nearly a literal handful of pickles on it. And the extra onion ended up on my burger where I’m allergic to onions. I wouldn’t have even made this review if this wasn’t the first time (already scraped all the onions off when I took this picture)

Typical Sorry McDonald’s, with typical sorry employees. Rude ,unfriendly, unwelcoming. Overpriced for low quality trash I was hesitant to feed to my dog. Night shift is terrible. Will not return.
